While we appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the front desk staff, as well as the comfort and amenities provided in the room, our overall experience was marred by a disappointing breakfast. Despite waiting 15 minutes at the front desk for seating, and another 10 minutes without being attended to for drinks after being seated, the service fell short. We had to repeatedly request assistance from the waitress, and even after requesting warm milk for our son, it never arrived. This series of events left us with a negative impression of our stay.
