In addition, regarding your concerns about the lifeguard and pool staff talking in the behind the desk, I apologize for any discomfort this may have caused. We will address this matter with our team to ensure that they maintain a professional and attentive demeanour while on duty to enhance the overall guest experience.I'm glad to hear that you appreciated the overall scent of the hotel.
