The staff came in to the room the next day and fixed the beds leaving everything else dirty. Did not clean the bathroom either. Cockroach’s were seen in the bathroom and the hotel charged me $200 after leaving the hotel for no reason. Tried calling their customer service number but can never get to talk to anyone. Worst experience overall

Beautiful landscaping, Facilities very clean & felt safe. Would stay again. Only wished the Hot Tub & pool were open at late night.

Shower had hair in it when we arrived. No glasses in room- just a cardboard coffee cup. Safe did not work. Chairs around pool were falling apart and slow to no service for drinks and food. Shame Hilton.

So loud and bright. Had to leave curtains closed at all times with lights shining up and in my room. Specifically not safe for a single female traveler. Was also not appointed my room that I reserved. That unsettling feeling of I got ripped off royally. Loud loud, can hear every word and conversation from everyone at the marina. Had 7 days of fantastic top notch travel and my last night where I just needed to relax and sleep is the exact opposite. Bathroom looks like a red roof Inn. Very very disappointed
