The staff came in to the room the next day and fixed the beds leaving everything else dirty. Did not clean the bathroom either. Cockroach’s were seen in the bathroom and the hotel charged me $200 after leaving the hotel for no reason. Tried calling their customer service number but can never get to talk to anyone. Worst experience overall
