Great for a nite or 2. Very clean, check in went smooth, desk person Pamela was very nice and helpful. Amenities are up to date, nice size fridge. Beds and pillows are comfortable. This is a very good value. I would come back. Writing this before bed, don’t know about comp breakfast.

soundproofing is poor- at midnight when other guests above me got up or used the bathroom was loud enough to awaken me from sleep
older hotel with some cracks in the tub, but was clean and well outfitted in the room

Poor guest parking. Only a Taco Bell restaurant within a mile. Other restaurants are reportedly 4 miles away.
Mix-up with Expedia for 2 queen beds vs a king bed. Desk refused to change without an up charge. Expedia reported the two were the same price. It may well have been my fault. Not fixing it is on Best Western.

The female staff when we checked in has no good customer service. When we initially turned on the water we were surprised as the color was light brown & had to wait until it turned clear. When I informed the staff upon checked out about the water color, she was telling me that there was as repair of the pipe nearby & they were not even informed about. She was defensive & not even apologizing to their customer.
