We were disappointed with the reception staff. She seemed very unfamiliar working with customers and their needs in that environment. Several times we had to advise no coffee, no milk, no pancake mix at breakfast. It didn’t seem natural to check needs and even when reminded her of the needs, she almost seemed to ignore or didn’t seem to care. Left without having coffee and had to buy elsewhere during a breakfast and it wasn’t even busy. At check in she didn’t seem to know or find out about my AAA discount so left without that too. Room was fine and clean.
