Cozy & comfortable just like home
The condo I stayed in was so nice & cozy. It was spacious & really clean. It had nice touches to the design & it just felt like home as soon as I walked in. The only thing I can complain about was the view from the balcony (lol) • I was in building 2 (bottom unit) & there was a huge tree that blocked everything. This was my first time staying at these condos so next time I will try to book a stay in building 7 (top floor) because those balconies faced the mountains. Also, there was a hot tub off the master bedroom which was a surprise & really nice! No carpet in the condo which I definitely appreciated. The staff was super helpful upon check in & made me feel right at home. Parking is right in front of the buildings which was nice. But keep in mind, you will have to carry your things up steps (even if you're in a bottom unit). Other than the obstructed view, I have zero complaints!

Really loved it here. The view was beautiful when the sun rised. I was pointed towards the mountains and could see when the clouds drop over the mountains. The patio was huge and relaxing chairs. Only problem was that there was wasps over in one area so had to be careful. Also had to change the sheets because the ones that was on the bed wasn't so clean, but other than that everything else was perfect.

Definitely will stay here again! Great location near light #2. The condo didnt require climbing stairs and it was very well furnished. Bed was very comfortable. Most importantly the whole condo was sparkling clean!

The communication between Hotels.com and the property was practically nonexistent. The listing amenities were inconsistent and when I attempted to communicate in order to plan accordingly—it was IMPOSSIBLE. The view from the property was beautiful. The property needs cosmetic work (chipped/broken wood) on outside of cabinet (kitchen). It is somewhat outdated (property interior). We attempted to stay an additional night and AGAIN no communication was possible between the property owners and Hotels.com I spent SO much time and energy attempting to get clarity before trip with no success. Contacted Hotels.com for help with this information (amenity clarifications—-specifically regarding kitchen and whether or not it was a kitchenette or a complete full kitchen). Contacted Hotels.com every day from December 14 until our stay began. Hotels.com could not reach the property or give further clarification. It was MADDENING

Would have been a great room if it was clean
The size and amenities of our room were great however it needed some serious cleaning. The floors were sticky and the bottoms of our feet were black from walking on them after only minutes. The counters and stovetop needed to be cleaned better as well. For what we paid I expected a king size bed but we had only a full size.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our unit was clean, warm and much nicer than we expected. Full-sized appliances, pots and pans, coffee, detergent, and a washer/dryer combo. Everything was great! The staff called me the day of check-in to let me know they were expecting snow and to tell me how to prepare. All thoughts of this place are fantastic!

The location of the lodges is excellent. It's located in the middle of Pigeon Forge so you have easy access to lots of attractions, such as The Island, and can take the back road to avoid a lot of the traffic on the Parkway. We stayed in the one-bedroom unit, which was fully stocked with all kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom necessities. We ended up not needing some of the things we brought along! The Lodges are secluded and it was very peaceful at night. My only compliant is that we stayed in the bottom unit and we could hear our upstairs neighbors moving around throughout the day and night which took away from the peacefulness.

Such a great place to stay. Off the road so it was quiet and so nice when we sat out on the balcony at night. Rooms were clean and gorgeous and so so comfortable. The people at the front desk were so nice and welcoming. I will absolutely be staying here again when we go back for vacation.

Beautiful & Comfortable Units
The units are beautiful and very comfortable. We stayed here with my in-laws and it was perfect. Everyone had there own space. We stayed in 7104, a 2 bdrm, we had to go down 2 small sets of stairs to get to the unit. The lighting on the very last step is nil at night. It is completely dark, you can't see it, I ended up spraining my ankle as I missed the step and landed wrong. I told maintenance about it and I hope they fix it. My husband had to escort the in-laws down so they didn't end up doing the same. The only other issue we experienced were ALL the tours they give...the shuttle kept blocking our car in and it was very annoying as he would sit there until every last slow poke would board. I would suggest they not block guest's cars as there is plenty of room for the shuttle to sit without blocking people in. But overall the units are beautiful and very comfy. I would recommend it. The location in proximity to everything is great also.

The check in area is not clearly marked and no information on where to check in after 5pm. Phone number is not the number for the lodge and I left 2 messages at the number given and 1 at an alternate number given to me by hotels.com and still have not been called back. Check out is at 10 am and they are giving tours of time shares and will call you to try and get you to come to one of there showings. Nice place to stay but lacking on customer service

The room was nice and clean! This is a big thing for me. The shower door let water out but the front desk sent extra mats. I would have like to have a pool and maybe somewhere onsite to eat breakfast. All and all a good trip.

Three night stay in 2 bedroom condo ~ EXCELLENT
Condo is very immaculate and staged with very nice furnishings. Linens are first quality and plentiful. Note, there is no maid service, but we had an adequate number of items(linens and toiletries) without having any needs for our three night stay. I am sure that you could obtain additional items from the main office if you had the need as they were very helpful. Condo is very close and convenient to the Parkway, where all the action in Pigeon Forge is located. Wonderful property ~ will definitely rent here again on our next visit to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Great Smokey Mountains.

Pleasant stay at the Lodges
The Lodges was a pleasant stay. They are part of Capital Corporation, a group that sells and rents timeshares. We rented a one bedroom and enjoyed our stay. The property is growing and i understand that a club house and swimming will be available soon. The property is quiet, but in a great location for visiting Pigeon Forge attractions. There is a fully functional kitchen, so you can save some money by cooking a meal or two. The showers are the overhead rain type that many find particularly relaxing. The bed was comfortable and room has a rustic cabin feel. We were able to look at a two bedroom unit and it was absolutely huge - complete with Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom and a very large family room. You will likely be asked to do a 90 minute tour and sales pitch for buying a timeshare, but they accept no easily enough. My family enjoyed the accommodations, i suspect you will too.

Our condo was amazing! We had wood floors, stainless steel appliances and a state of the art shower. Nice quiet location, but right in the heart of downtown Pigeon Forge with an amazing view of the mountains.

Great condo
Wonderful condo with all the amenities. Staff called to make sure we had correct directions the day before and were always available for questions. Condo was very clean, quiet, and close to everything. However very disappointed in the sales department when we told them we were not interested in buying they were very rude. Definitely would recommend this condo to anyone just DO NOT go to the sales pitch! We will definitely stay here again if possible.

Great, new condo. Very thin walls and could hear the children next door as the constantly were trying to use the door to get into our room. Also, they will hit you up to come listen to their presentation. Not a bad thing, just an FYI. The rooms are very nice and clean.

Memorial Day Trip - Excellent
This is an excellent place for a family to stay. There was plenty of room. The bedrooms are a good size, clean, and very comfortable. The only issue with the Lodge is that you have to drive 2 blocks to the swimming pool. There were no onsite recreational things to do. But the overall niceness of the place makes up for lack of things to do onsite. It is located in a terrific location right off the main hwy. I highly recommend staying here.

Nice location - close to everything but quiet
The check-in process was smooth. Received several calls prior to check-in to ensure we have the right address and know where to go in. This is actually a time share property so expect the staff to try and sell you their time share deals. We wasted some time doing this as they blanketed their "sale" as a "survey" which if we took, would make us eligible to receive some free vouchers to a show. The staff were less responsive to our maintenance requests once we had declined their "survey."
