Hotel met ontbijt was uitstekend, erg jammer dat we na een lange vermoeiende reis niet eerder in konden checken. Dit ben ik niet gewend. Van 12:30 tot 15:00 in de lobby moeten wachten, ondertussen diverse mensen zien inchecken voelden ons zeer onbeschoft behandelt

Hotel vlakbij centrum en centraal station
Vriendelijk personeel, eerst wel een verkeerde kamer toegewezen gekregen ipv een kamer met 2 persoonsbed met sofabed kregen we een met een tweepersoonsbed terwijl we gereserveerd hadden voor 1 volwassene en 1 kind. Naar de receptie gegaan en direct een nieuwe kamer toegewezen gekregen. Als je aan de zijde van t centraal station ligt heb je hier wel wat geluidsoverlast van maar verder prima kamers die nog maar net gerenoveerd waren.

Fijn schoon hotel in centrum. Beetje rommelig qua service. Wel in je kamer geweest, handdoeken meegenomen maar geen nieuwe neer gelegd, niet schoongemaakt en gebruikte kopjes laten staan. 2x. Werd keurig opgelost maar had het wel te doen met personeel wat duidelijk de benen onder hun gat vandaan liepen en ook nog vriendelijk bleven. Mooie gerenoveerde kamer, lekker hoog in hotel dus heerlijk rustig! Voor ons toch wel een aanrader!

Ik zou dit hotel niet nog een keer kiezen.
hotel is aan onderhoud toe, heel erg gehorig tov andere kamers en ligt pal boven het station. Zeer gehorig. Bij onze kamer was een voorzetraam extra geplaatst (dus eerst een raam en in een kozijn nog een raam extra ervoor). Maar desondanks heel veel geluidsoverlast van treinen die tot 's nachts laat rijden. Ook erg gehorige kamers op de gang (buren hoor je praten).

On arrival we were promptly told we had a free drink as part of our VIP privilege, we drank in the lovely bar area. We were given a lovely room on floor 10 overlooking the river. Staff were friendly and the bed was super comfy. Biggest TV we have ever had in a hotel.

The location was perfect for our trip, the breakfast buffet was great, as was the front desk staff. We did not get a response regarding a couple of housekeeping requests which was the only downside. Otherwise, we enjoyed the hotel and would definitely return.

For a recently refurbished room, it wasnt very clean. Walls had marks and splashes of something on them. The refillable bodywash and shampoo bottles looked dirty and hardly anything in the body lotion, shower tray had marks. Generally a nice stay however, great location.

Nice hotel. Looks well refurbished. Only comment would be room 206 seems to be near some plumbing or something as could hear it throughout the night. I'm a light sleeper though and partner barley noticed it.
