Convenient to most of the area we went to. Excellent breakfast buffet. Spacious room and bath. Meets all American standards of a 4 star hotel. Pretty good for a chain hotel.

The hotel was under renovations that had clearly been going on for a while but I was not informed of this until the day before arrival. The pool amd gym were closed and providing use of facilities at another location is not an acceptable alternative for travelers. The hotel directed us to the Central Car park that was a short walk from the hotel. However the elevators were out of order and we encountered people shooting up in the stairwell where we had to carry bags down the stairs.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. From the moment we checked in until we checked out we were looked after. We had a suite & it was lovely & very spacious, cleaned perfectly. We had breakfast brought to our room both mornings & it was delicious. All the staff, from front counter to the bar staff are all very friendly & helpful. We will only stay here whenever we return to Glasgow.

Had a good stay at the hotel in their newer renovated rooms. Staff post checkin were excellent and if you park at the NCP parking lot they have a preferred rate through the front desk.

This is second time staying at this hotel since 2018. I can see it is refurnished , staff are nice and helpful.. The only thing faced in 2018 and now is the car park, The , i have parked my car at Ramada hotel and payed 20£ for 24 hours… The gym was under construction.

The staff were really good, compared to other hotels I have stayed in. For example I phoned down a problem with my room TV to the main desk, and an engineer was at my door within around 5 minutes.

Misleading Advert & Very Poor Condition
Room 260 is in very poor condition. Chair has a large rip in it, wooden floor was badly marked, desk was badly marked, curtains were filthy, walls were dirty, bath in the corners have mould. We had to have someone come up to repair the Tv as it wasn’t showing a picture. I stayed at this hotel twenty years ago and the room is exactly the same! The rooms are extremely tired and very dated. On the hotels.com advert it said leisure facilities swimming pool available however it was completely closed. The advert for this hotel is completely misleading and should be updated immediately.
