Very close to highway and busy road. Thought it was abandoned at first because there is no sign on building. Kitchen is closed to no breakfast even though advertised. Pool is also filled in with concrete. Check in was good but no one to check me out at 6:30AM and no instructions on how to check out or key card dropbox. Is actually a motel. Room very outdated (peeling paint, lamps broken or don't have lightbulbs). Overall would not stay again especially with so many other nicer properties nearby

Had a dog barking in next room more than half the night! People outside my door loud obnoxious till 4am no sleep woke up every hour to banging of doirs cars etc! Disabled van outside our door took 3 car spaces with people in it half the night Never afain I tell you 2 exits sooner much better!

The worst hotel I believe in the world. First I arrive at the hotel with my family around 4am assigned a room that had this weird smell, the sheets on the bed were stained and burns on the bed. I complained and was given a new room (the clerk said it was the "newly renovated room") the room smelled much better than the last but the bed looks like someone slept in it. (Gross). I complained again and the clerk said I'll give you two keys to two different rooms..the first looked and smell like the first room the second wasn't even cleaned there were furniture all out of order and the bed no sheets. I left and found the nearest hotel. Side note there was this creppyguy standing outside

Two words: run down. Breakfast bar is under construction - which would have been nice to know when we reserved the room - the room phone was busted, shampoo looked used, front desk staff was unfriendly at check-in, little better when I had to walk down and get towels and more shampoo and soap. Super noisy all night long between hearing other rooms and the highway. And the toilet/tub room was tiny.

The website showed that there was breakfast included, but in reality they do not have breakfast, the sheets, the bathroom, the entire room were dirty.

The room was neat and clean, but the staff has not been trained on picking up reservations through websites like Expedia. The front desk personnel had no idea how to find my reservation and just kept saying it's not there. We called Expedia and it took over an hour to finally get it resolved to be able to get the room that we reserved. She needs further training on finding reservations through online sites.

The floor by the air-conditioning unit, had paint chips all over, the bed was a old spring mattress. I couldn't get an extra towel, because housekeeping is only there until 2pm!
