Dit gezellige inham huisje biedt u alles wat u nodig heeft om zich meteen thuis te voelen tijdens uw vakantie in Gualala. Een groot dek en een omheinde tuin geven u en uw gasten voldoende ruimte om zich te verspreiden en te genieten van het adembenemende uitzicht op de oceaan en de rotsachtige kliffen van de kust van Californië. Als de temperatuur daalt, gooi je een houtblok in de houtkachel en krul je op de bank om in een boek te duiken of een film te kijken. Het beste van alles is dat dit huis ook een eigen buitenbubbelbad heeft waar u uw zorgen kunt wegnemen.

Wat is er in de buurt:
Omdat u direct aan het water bent, wilt u ongetwijfeld uw vakantie doorbrengen op het strand, genietend van de zon. Glennen Gulch ligt op iets meer dan een kilometer afstand van uw voordeur en biedt zandige oevers van waaruit u uw Pacific-avonturen kunt beginnen. Benodigdheden zoals supermarkten, banken, benzinestations, evenals winkels en restaurants liggen op minder dan drie mijl afstand in het centrum van Gualala. Ongeveer twee mijl ten zuiden van de stad vindt u andere attracties zoals de Bluff Trailhead in Gualala Point Regional Park voor een prachtige wandeling langs de oceaan, of Sea Ranch Golf Links voor degenen die wat tijd doorbrengen op de greens.

Place was good, Vacasa was a nightmare!

Unfortunately Vacasa confirmed a change in my reservation in writing and then didn't honor their confirmation and it wound up costing an extra 1000! Beware when dealing with them.

Beautiful ocean views

This little place was perfect for us. The furnishings were clean and comfortable, hot tub with view of water was super! …..And it was already heated when we arrived. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment for cooking and all necessary utensils. A nice little yard and deck. Close to highway, but no highway noise! The only irritation/confusion was the VRBO & Vacasa relationship. Why two businesses we had to respind to. That is not very personalised

Relaxing Getaway - Inaccurate Listing

The house was very nice. The view was amazing. Kitchen had everything needed to cook for two.Minor noise from California 1, but not much.Hot tub was wonderful.Be aware, though, that the house DOES NOT have a working wood stove, despite the title and listing information for the property. This was something of a disappointment for us.

Amazing views

Everything was just perfect for our stay. The house was clean, the bed was comfy, shower had great pressure, hot tub was hot and clean, and the view was simply amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer! The only thing that would have made it better would be a couple more pillows, since we did use the pull-out bed for our kids.

This place was perfect for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary! Great views, close to restaurants and shops, and many great trails to explore. I would definitely come stay here again. Clean place, plenty of blankets, everything we needed.

Cozy With An Awesome View

This is a comfortable place for a couple. Amenities are close at Gualala. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the waves in the cove below. Our only issue was that when we arrived, the code that unlocks the door didn't work. It was easily remedied by calling VRBO who gave us a new code.

Lovely and relaxing

I was recuperating from an injury and this was the ideal location. We found it exactly as described other than it's in Gualala, not Sea Ranch. The hot tub with the ocean view was great and everything we needed was provided or available a short drive away.

Nice location but property not kept up

When we arrived we found that the blinds in the bedroom were broken open and that made us on comfortable. By the rough nail holes in the wall we were able to jimmy a curtain out of the only other sheet we had because we felt it was unsafe. It was very cold there and we were not provided with blankets and the bed has a thin questionably clean sheet, dusty and scratchy comforter and 2 very sad pillows. The bed room has low ceilings, side tables with unfinished plywood sharp edges, and folding chair in the cornered. The aesthetic that matched a child bedroom. Over all hours was dusty and our allergies weren’t happy. We tried to contact the host about the low flow toilet that was clogged when we arrived but did not hear back from our host at any point in our trip. We also contacted them about finding the lights to the hot tub and not hear back either. The property is located right off Highway on which is convenient but ultimately very loud and the little house shook when the garbage was picked up early (also not mentioned by host). At night it’s pitch black and the host conveniently left us two broken flash lights on the counter to help us out. The hot tub was grimy and had a layer of skin on the rim of the tub and needed to filled when we arrived. The view from the hot tub is great though. Our last day the power went out and we were isolated without service or a way of getting directions, also did not hear from host or find directions on how to use the fire place. Kitchen had no salt, oil or seasonings, dishes were rough hardly clean and the sponge left your hand smelling of mildew which was gross. In the bathroom they provided us with dove body soap which was convenient. The bath mat was disgusting and had seen better days and was immediately put in the. Also the dryer did not work. The view from the back of the property is incredible but the property is poorly managed and dirty. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this property and am still waiting to hear back

Good location

Property has a good view overlooking the ocean. Access to the highway is pretty scary, it has really bad line of sight looking either direction. Thought about sleeping on the Murphy bed until we saw the urine stains on the mattress. We never opened that again. Hot tub is not very private. A lot of general maintenance is required for this property..

The deck faces setting sun over seaside cove perfect to watch the sun sets . Lovely ocean roar but also traffic noise . Needs some updating . Time for new blinds and comforters .

THE VIEW!!!!!

My husband and I celebrated 28 years of marriage at the Cove House and loved every minute of our stay. The view is incredible, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing and the bed was very comfortable. We will be returning!

A Beautiful View

The cottage was a little bit closer to Hwy ! than I thought it would be, so we could hear some road noise at the very early hours of the morning, (commuters?) I am a light sleeper, so this may not be such an issue for other guests. The cleaning girl was still there when we arrived right at our check-in time and said she had only been there for 45 minutes. So I think she should have allotted more time for her cleaning. The outdoor patio table and glass patio doors weren't cleaned at all. Otherwise, the place was very cozy, cute and clean on the inside. In the future, I'd rather pay a little more and have a place a little bit further from the highway noise.

Amazing weekend

We were delighted that everything was exactly as advertised! We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi view of the ocean. You're close enough to hear the waves crashing all the time! Even though there were 4 of us friends, we were very comfortable in the house and the beds are SUPER comfy!!!

Rest and recenter getaway

We had an amazing time relaxing and resenting is shutting all the anxieties of the modern world for a few days.The house provided incredible views that made it so much easier and natural to delve into natures beauty and let it cleanse you. We loved discovering the coast and indescribable views that it has to offer! We were awestruck and every single turn, seems like. The house itself is very warm cozy and welcoming. I’ve never had such an amazing view right there in the living room! All the amenities were very convenient and comfortable. The hot tub was the highlight of every evening.We definitely intend to come back! Thank you so much for the hospitality!
