I loved the hotel, the staff and the location. It was really a great stay. Breakfast was great, excellent choice and very nice to have breakfast in peace. The only thing that could have been better was the temerature in the room. This was really to warm througout the whole stay.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Fußläufig in wenigen Minuten sind Shopping Möglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Um die Ecke sind eine U-Bahn und Bus Station. Das Deluxe Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten ist für einen 4 tägigen Aufenthalt mit 2 Kindern ausreichend groß, hat bequeme Betten und ein ausreichend großes Badezimmer. Ausgestattet mit Fön, Bügeleisen, Kühlschrank und großem Fernseher sind viele Annehmlichkeiten schon im Preis enthalten. Besondere Erwähnung sollte auch das Frühstück verdienen. Speziell der Service, aber auch die große Speisenauswahl und die frische der Produkte sind ein extra Lob wert. Aber auch der restliche Service ist hervorragend. Dazu bietet das Hotel noch einen großen Fitnessbereich und einen Innen Pool. Alles in allem eine großartige Wahl für einen Aufenthalt in Hamburg.

Great location
We came from Marriott in Wuerzburg where everything is brand New so you Can imagine that the Hamburg branch seems a bit worn out. The bathroom worked well and we prefer this setup rather the the Modern one in Wuerzburg. However the room urself could need New curtains, New carpet and New decor. It does Seem a bit outdated, but the location of the hotel is fantastic and everything was clean and Staff were Nice.we would come back but would Welcome an updated room:-)
