Nieuw, Nieuw, Nieuw! Dit toestel is gloednieuw op de markt, net na een uitgebreide renovatie. Alles wat je ziet is gloednieuw, met alle updates die je zou willen, en alle voorzieningen die passen. Met een queensize bed in de meester, met mooie ingebouwde opslag rond het bed, evenals twee stapelbedden of een slaapbank voor de kinderen of gasten. Slaapt maximaal 6 personen in totaal, met maximaal 3 volwassenen.

Toegevoegde voorzieningen maken dit echt een one-stop vakantieplaats, met 4 strandstoelen en 2 volwassen fietsen inbegrepen bij uw verblijf. Neem de meegeleverde stoelen elke dag naar het strand en spring op je fietsen voor een snelle reis voor lunch of naar de supermarkt. We had a great time. The view and the location were perfect. The condo was tight for 3 people with all their luggage and stuff but we struggled through. I would definitely remove that extra large coffee table from the living room to open it up a little but no issues.

Location is awesome. Walk to everything, shops, groceries, food, bars, beach, just stellar spot. All in all nice place. Says it sleeps 6. The 2 of us felt claustrophobic. I think the worst thing was when we showered, there was a sound coming out of it that sounded like a tea kettle going off at a high boil. Made showers much shorter. But we didn't stay in the room much anyway.

The good: We booked this property for the location and oceanfront view. Both of these were exceptional! The view was worth it, and I would book this unit again solely based on that. The walk to the beach was convenient. The pool was clean, and while not huge, it did the job. There was 24/7 on site security. During our stay, my mother lost her ring from my late father. We had no idea where she had lost it. After notifying security, they had great communication with one another and returned the ring that someone had turned into them. I am so grateful for this! The bad: having five people in the room, I looked forward to having laundry on site. The dryer so was so loud you didn’t want to use it if you were going to be there (additionally, the dryer was right behind the bunk beds making it impossible to sleep and use the dryer at the same time). The porch floor cover was ripped in several spots exposing the plywood underneath. One of the beach chairs was broken, as was the umbrella. The pool closed at sunset, around 9:00pm. This was very unfortunate as the kids love playing in the pool at the end of the day and there was little time to do this. Each night, management had to ask 15+ people to get out of the pool (a clear indication that people would like later access to the pool).

We loved the great view from the balcony and the central location. When we arrive everything was fresh and clean. The Couch was comfortable, and it appeared to be new. We loved the comfy bed.The kitchen was well equipped. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. Glad we chose this property for our beach break over the Christmas holidays.

Property is near everything! You don't have to drive anywhere. Groceries, restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. If you want a quiet vacation, Breakers is the place to go. And Security is always helpful if you have any questions.

Loved not having to drive. We parked the car the day we arrived and never moved until our departure. Restaurants and shopping all within walking distance made for a very enjoyable stay.

The location was great. The beach was excellent. We enjoyed the views and the convenience of the condo. It is small and no more than two adults and one to two small children. The main bedroom bed is very uncomfortable. We almost went out to buy a topper it was that uncomfortable.

The unit has a nice view of the ocean and beach from the balcony. Being on the 3rd floor helps with this because there are a lot of trees and bushes that block the view from ground level. The unit had some cleanliness issues, most notable was a black-stained shower curtain. During most of our stay, the wood walkway to the beach was closed for maintenance. We had to walk through a narrow and poorly cleared trail through the brush. Yuk!

This was a perfect getaway for a small family or couple! Location is PERFECT! Close to everything without feeling too busy. Will visit again if this properly is available. My only critique is the shower curtain liner needs to be changed. It has mold on it and the deck carpet is disintegrating.

This condo was perfect for my little family. It was so close to all the shops and restaurants we barely got in the car. It was a very short walk to the beach which is a huge plus with a toddler. Very clean and up to date. Loved that it came with chairs, an umbrella and boogie board. Wonderful view on the 3rd floor. The location itself is worth everything. We loved our stay and plan to return in the future Only Cons: balcony was soft as others mentioned in reviews making me nervous with a toddler, bed wasn’t comfortable, didn’t have many supplies. Make sure to buy extra supplies such as toliet paper, trash bags, detergent, etc. It came with 1 extra set of sheets and plenty of towels for the week.

Overall this place was great, location was perfect, the condo could use a little renovation, beds and couch could be replaced. A couple of nice bucks hung out the whole week outside our balcony. Would rent again ! The entire condo was a buckeye reunion. “OH". “IO"

The view at this property was beautiful! Nicely located in front of a shopping plaza that you could walk too for food, groceries, and entertainment. Biggest complaint was the bed. It was uncomfortable and could use some updating. The floor on the balcony could also use some updating, looks old and the little brown/black fabrics get on everything. Overall, we had a very good trip!

Looked good initially but then quickly realized the place was lacking to say the least. Lose floor boards, bedroom very small, bed uncomfortable and came with unwanted hair, bunk beds were small. All amenities were available. The door to the balcony was very had to open and the floor of the balcony was coming apart. Great view of the ocean, the pool was nice
