Doe alsof u thuis bent in deze gloednieuwe bouwresortvilla! Deze topruimte is prachtig ingericht en beschikt over alle moderne gemakken die u zich maar kunt wensen. Binnen vindt u een gezellige woonruimte die bestaat uit een keuken met grote apparaten, een eethoek met plaats voor vier personen en een comfortabele slaapbank. Ga lekker liggen na een lange dag spelen op het strand en bekijk je favoriete programma op de grote flatscreen-tv. Of neem een welverdiende dutje in de slaapkamer op uw superkleine kingsize bed! De slaapkamer heeft een en-suite badkamer met een mooie pruimkleurige dubbele ijdelheid. De tweede slaapkamer beschikt over een eenpersoons boven een stapelbed met een uittrekbare uitschuifbed. Er is een tweede gedeelde badkamer met een bad / douche-combinatie. Deze ongelooflijke villa ligt aan het zwembad !. Open de schuifregelaars van de woonkamer en geniet van het grote zwembad van het resort dat compleet is met een zonneterras op het water! Of misschien dwaal je door de paden van de gedeelde binnenplaats. Ontmoet nieuwe vrienden en maak een wandeling van een uur naar het strand en vang een van onze epische Anna Maria Island-zonsondergangen!

Als je bij The Villas komt verblijven en spelen, krijg je ook toegang tot het Anna Maria Resort & Spa aan Gulf Drive. Geniet van alle voorzieningen die het resort te bieden heeft, van het ontspannende zwembad tot het 300 meter lange strand met suikerachtig wit golfzand!

Great Location

What a great little place really close to the beach. Very clean and comfortable with a nice pool and courtyard in the back. Would definitely return for another trip. The only problem was that our parking area was full of screws and I had to buy a new tire for my truck. The management company would not reimburse me more than 250 which was a shame. VRBO stepped up and covered it. It was a great little family trip with an unfortunate ending. But the property itself is wonderful.

Clean and great Location

The house was as the pictures showed. It was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen has all the basics we needed. The kitchen appliances and the washer/dryer worked great and the grill was in good shape as well. They only give you little starter kits for the dish washer and laundry pods but the Publix is just one block away (super convenient). The pool was clean and we only saw a couple of other people there on our first day. Then we had it to ourself the rest of our stay. We did not expect to have a cart and two beach chairs to use so that was a nice little bonus. Beach access is only a couple of blocks away and it wasn’t too crowded in that area. The only recommendation for the house I would have is to install towel hooks/racks. There was no where to hang pool or shower towels. We really enjoyed our stay here!!!

Fall vacation

The unit we stayed at was perfect for our little family of 3. The walk to the beach was only about 2-3 mins. The only thing that would have been better was if the unit had extra chairs or even offered an umbrella. The pool would have been better if it was cleaned daily rather than just 2 days a week. We did someone come by but they only tested the water, they did not clean it. My spouse cleaned it everyday when we used it. There was plenty of room outside and enough lounge chairs. Overall we would definitely stay here again. The unit was close to a grocery store. We enjoyed driving around the island and will be back next year.

The management company was outstanding and so accommodating. We stayed in cottage 1 and it was amazing! Beautiful decor and lots of space and very clean. The pool was great and we loved being so close to the beach. Can’t wait to go back!

Why would a vacation rental have a master bedroom bigger than the living/dining area? This was most definitely not big enough for 6 people. Yes it could sleep 6 but there was not room for 6 in the kitchen/living/dining area. We would not use this again.

Definitely will be returning!

The property lived up to the photos and description. Everything was clean, well maintained and modern. Plenty of room for a family of 5. High ceilings and bright interior. Even though there were a couple of other units sharing the pool, it really felt like our own private oasis. The pool is well hidden from the roads and very relaxing. We took advantage of the bar be que and outdoor dining table. There was easy access to the beach, which was just steps away and not crowded where we were. Plus we didn't have to worry about parking. There is a public access beach a few hundred yards up the beach with store, restaurant and outdoor bar. An easy walk to there as well. Plenty of other restaurants within walking distance and other amenities like groceries, coffee and beach stores. Plenty of other small, local stores and restaurants to explore at the north and south ends of the island. Five stars, five thumbs up. We'll definitely be returning to this location!

Wonderful location, short walk to the beach. The shared patio/pool area was very nice. Just wish there was a pantry or shelves for food in the kitchen, otherwise ideal setup for our family of 4!

Great stay!

This property was great overall and we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, it was a very close walk to the beach, the pool area was nice and relaxing and the management company was prompt about bringing batteries for the remotes. The only downsides were the lack of space for non -refrigerated food in the kitchen (a shelf or something would help) and the mattress in the 2nd bedroom on the bottom bunk sunk in a lot/wasn't firm. Overall we had a great stay and would return. thanks!

Loved it!

This is a beautiful little home in an incredible location. The home was very tastefully decorated and the pool area was just lovely. The kitchen isn't overly functional being so small but honestly if it was just my husband and I and not with our 3 kiddos, we probably wouldn't have noticed as much. Would love to come back!

The pool area and common yard area was great and the landscaping was well manicured. The place was perfect for what we needed. The only complaint we had was the couch was very old and dingy and not the cleanest looking couch.

We had a great experience with this property. The only complaint would be if you’re in the master bathroom you can see out the front door window. Kinda weird. But other than that we loved the property especially the heated pool!
