Fine hotel

The hotel is fine, staff is warm and welcome but the room had a strange smell. It is not the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong but all fine

Great hotel in Shenzhen

Great hotel with big rooms. The restaurant has an amazing view. Only the elevators are a little bit difficult to understand. You can only go via a certain Floor down to the entrance. We had a very pleasant stay and I for sure Will come back here.

Fantastisch hotel in Shenzhen

Fantastisch verblijf gehad in Grand Hyatt Shenzhen. Geweldig ruime kamer met badkamer in het midden van de kamer. Heel mooi! Heb al in veel 5***** hotels geslapen maar dit hotel staat nu in mijn top 3. Echt een aanrader!

Enorme luxe en service voor Nederlandse begrippen zeer aanvaardbare prijs. Afhankelijk van reden van verblijf ligging aanvaardbaar. Geen westers entertainment in de buurt, anders dan uitstekende croisanterie en winebar ,simply life'. Verder top hotel,

We really liked the Grand Hyatt: the staff were super helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was big, well designed, and quiet, and had a great view of the city. The fitness center was big and well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet was superb. a really excellent stay.
