The hotel is situated close by the main attractions Istanbul have to offer. Rooms are specious but need some small TLC/maintenance. Hotel staff is amazing! Thumbs up!!!

Prima hotel met vriendelijke personeel erg behulpzaam. De hotel is gelegen in een drukke straat met restaurant en cafe's dus je hoeft niet ver te gaan om te eten of voor een gezellige drankje te doen. Wij hebben bij een aantal van deze restaurants erg lekker gegeten.

Great location, if you're lucky, you will get a 5th floor room with sight on the Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque. Very friendly and helpful employees. Bathroom has a jacuzzi, which I didn't expect. Breakfast though fell short of the rest.

Perfecte locatie
Dit hotel ligt op de perfecte locatie voor een citytrip naar Istanbul. Het personeel is ook vriendelijk en helpt met alles wat je wilt. Ontbijt is oke niks bijzonders, de kamers zijn schoon maar een beetje oud. Boek geen trip via het hotel, wij hadden een halve dag trip geboekt en het was een en al chaos. Meer dan een uur gewacht van bus naar bus lopen en de tocht was snel afgeraffeld en duurde max 3 uur.

Verzorgd hotel op wandelafstand van Aya Sofia, Topkapi en blauwe moskee. Zeer nette badkamer. Prima Wifi. Ontbijt Ok. Wel wat Oosters getint. Toch voldoende aanbod. Absoluut een aanrader. Zeker vanwege de goede ligging.

Geen 5 sterren hotel!
Slechte hotel! Op site staat er 5 sterren? Volgens mij is het niet eens 3 sterren. Kreeg eerst een hele kleine kamer op het zolder verdieping waar je met je hoofd tegen het plafond aanraakte. Je had niet eens ruimte om je koffers kwijt te raken. Tenslotte mijn beoordeling gegeven ineens andere kamer aangeboden gekregen. Terwijl ik exclussief kamer heb betaald kreeg ik dus eerst zoeen klein kamer! Douchekopjes waren kapot je kon amper douchen omdat je met je 1 hand het kopje steeds moest vasthouden.Had nog gevraagd voordat ik ging voor versiering omdat het een huwelijks reis was. Hebben ze alleen 3 fruitjes in een mand en een bosjebloem in mijn kamer gezet. Dacht dat dat wel cadeautje zou zijn van het hotel moest ik achteraf ineens betaling doen voor het bosje bloemen en het fruit die we kregen toen ik uitcheckte. Echt belachelijk! Ik raad het niemand aan!

Aanrader!!
Het personeel en de ligging van het hotel maken het een perfecte verblijf. De kamers zijn vrij klein, netjes, schoon maar wel gehorig. Bedden slapen heerlijk. Bij het ontbijt is er van alles waardoor je de dag goed kan starten. S avonds kan je er van alles eten. Dus al met al zeker een aanrader!!

Uitmuntend hotel voor de oude stad
In de nieuwe stad heb je de gebruikelijke tophotels van de grote ketens zoals Hilton, Sheraton, Marriott etc. Deze faciliteiten kan je hier niet verwachten. Alles is net een maatje kleiner. De service van het personeel is echter zeker zo goed en veel persoonlijker. Zij regelen alles voor je. Het grote voordeel is, dat je op loopafstand zit van alle highlights, zodat het bezoek veel makkelijker te plannen is en je de wachtrijen kunt vermijden. Bovendien zit je 's avonds comfortabel op je eigen terras in een gezellige buurt waar andere toeristen helemaal naar toe moeten komen en onwennig ronddwalen.

The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were extremely kind, thoughtful and helpful; making very good recommendations and accommodating our needs. The view from our room was magnificent for we had a view of Hagia Sophia on one side and The Blue Mosque on the other.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was big and very nice, the bathroom was nice but a bit old, maintenance would be advised. Breakfast is good, buffet and you can get extras. The spa is a bit outdated, nice sauna, but the hamman was really cold. Location it is bang right in the middle of a touristic area, i do not recommend the restaurants around the hotel, expensive and not good quality. Well located for walking to the tourist places, I definitely recommend doing a freetour, all other entrances are very expensive. Beware of taxi drivers, they will always charge more even if recommended by the hotel. I would recommend the hotel.

The staff is amazing. They made us feel at home. Rooms quiet with comfortable beds. Several nice restaurants right outside the hotel. 5 mins walking Hagia Sofia and other attractions. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was nice clean and friendly staff. walking distance to Blue mosque and grant bazar. street was filled with nice restaurants. its is the best place to stay if you want to visit all the attractions.

We were a family of 4 and they accommodated us in a nice and cosy family room. Very helpful and courteous staff. Location is great for accessing the various historical sites like Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace. The tram station is also close by. Breakfast was decent. There are many places to eat nearby. We had some of our clothes washed at a reasonable price. There is some loud music that plays at night in the nearby restaurants but the hotel can’t do much about it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would like to thank the hotel for their hospitality.
