Her geldiğimde evime gelmiş gibi oluyorum. Muhteşem bir otel. Her bir calışanı gerçekten inanılmaz iyi.

Surekli zevkle geldigimiz bir otel. Personel cok cok iyi, ama oda temizligi cok berbat. Buna bir an once cagre bulunmali. Iki haftada dogru duzgun suburge tutulmadi odamiza, bir kac kez sikayet etmemize ramen. Vale ve resepsiyondaki arkadaslar cok iyi, guleryuzlu ve yardimsever.

One of the best hotels in Istanbul! The location, room, view, facilities and staff deliver a 5-star experience. Special thanks to Gurcan at the front office who was very helpful and professional.
