Voordelen: De plek is ideaal. Midden in oude centrum
Nadelen: Personeel mag echt vriendelijker en attenter.
Locatie: Blauwe Moskee. Anna sofia, Bazaar. Cisternen
Een simpel hotel. kamer is klein maar voldoet prima. Netjes. Prima ontbijtje. Hotelpersoneel is oha niet erg vriendelijk, eerder wat afstandelijk. Voelt enigszins alsof je als gast gedoogd wordt. Voortdurend rokend en als je aan de straatkant slaapt slaat de rook daar naar binnen.
Dus gewoon lekker aan de achterkant je kamer boeken ;-)

Oncomfortabele maar schone kamer, service oké.
Geplaatst op 29 sep. 2015 op HotelsWe hadden een kamer op de vierde verdieping terwijl er geen lift aanwezig was. We hadden de beschikking over een tweepersoonsbed dat dwars was geplaatst en van wand tot wand reikte. Als degene die het verst van de badkamer lag 's nachts het toilet wilde bezoeken moet hij over zijn bedgenote heen stappen/kruipen. Verder hadden we de beschikking over een piepklein wasbakje maar wel over een grote douche. Op de kamer stond geen stoel en er was ook geen bureautje. Wel was de kamer prima schoon. Het personeel was behulpzaam al had de nachtporties die ons voor vertrek moest wekken zich verslapen (gelukkig hadden we wel zelf de wekker gezet). Kortom wij hadden geen comfortabele kamer maar de rest was wel in orde.

Very nice hotel with central location
Geplaatst op 8 jun. 2015The hotel was very nice. We had a clean room with enough space and a bathroom with clean shower. The breakfast facilities were good. A local woman works in the little kitchen and she asks daily if you want an omelet or tukish coffee. The little buffet includes tea coffee juice veggies cheeses Bread sausages Olives and more. The hotel is across the little aya sofia mosque and very central to the big aya Sofia and the blue Mosque, it's a 5 minute walk! We had a good stay in this hotel. The only thing that bothered us was a communication problem. The day we booked we recieved an email with the taxi transfer prices, 30€, and the return transfer back to the airport free of charge. When we checked in we payed 90 tl (30€) and we asked again to be sure if the ride back to the airport was free of charge. The receptionist told us it was! When we checked Out she came with an other story she wanted us to pay 30€ again because the prices were 60€. We told her we already payed her but she wanted us to pay again. Ofcourse we didn't. We talked to the manager and he also claimed that the prices had been changed. But due to their mistake of not sending the right email we got our transfer back free of charge. So check your email if you visit this hotel and don't delete it so you'll have proof! I Would have geven the hotel a 9 Out of 10 but after this situation with lots of discussion i'll give it a 7 Out of 10.

Great new hotel

Voordelen: Everything was new and clean
Locatie: Nearby Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia
We had a great time in this hotel. The hotel is new, everything was new and very clean.
The breakfast was fantastic! Everything you need, omelete, cheese, sweets, sausage, cigara börek, even fresh vegetables.
The hotel is only 7 min walks to Blue Mosque and and Aya Sofia. The staff is friendly!
Thank you guys! We enjoyed our stay!

First and foremost, The owner of the property threatened me verbally through my private number after I left a review on google.
-The staff here is absolutely terrible.
-It was difficult to find someone to greet us upon arrival.
-Our sheets that were stained never got changed in 4 days even after complaining.
-There was a half eaten icecream frozen in our fridge, that also never got cleaned even after complaing about it.
-The wifi did not work for 2 days, and when it did it would cut on and off.
-The shower was absolutely disgusting and had black marks, mold im assuming..
-Also the shower head was broken and kept falling over.
-Our towels were stained.
Lastly they advertised free parking but it is merely street parking that gets crammed and your car will even get blocked in.

First of all, it embarrasses us to respond to such a ridiculous and false, slanderous comment.
it's true that this person stayed at our hotel.
but all the problems started after that.
refrigerator, air conditioner, television, wifi all working properly.
The room is cleaned every day and the linens are changed.
This person has another purpose.
On the 2nd day of his stay at the hotel, he wrote a similar false comment to Google.
When we saw this, we asked him why he wrote such a comment.
If there is a problem, we said, you are here, we are here, we can fix it.
but its purpose is different.
He asked us to bribe him to remove the comment.
If you give me a refund or hash, I will remove this comment.
We said that we would report this illegal situation to the police.
on top of that, this person left the hotel and is now writing these kind of baseless comments.
He gave us his private number, he said, "Let's chat on WhatsApp, I will write you my requests."
we even have proof of these correspondences.
We certainly did not threaten him.
Please do not trust these posts.
Our good reviews and rating in the past will be proof of that.

mixed feelings
Geplaatst op 12 nov. 2020 op HotelsOverall the hotel is not bad. Stayed there for 11 days. The staff is helpful (speak Russian and English). The room was large and bright. What I would like to draw attention to. The first is the sewage system. Not a pleasant smell lasted almost the entire time of our stay. Second, monotonous breakfasts. But if you wish, they can cook scrambled eggs for you.
And the cleanliness of the towels leaves much to be desired.

Perfect place and location.
Geplaatst op 4 feb. 2020 op HotelsEnjoyed stay at this place. Owners are very welcoming and accomodating, we stayed for 4 days and got upgraded to deluxe rooms. View from rooftop are beautiful. It was just as advertised. Breakfast is also very good but juices need improvement. Also if you bring your car make sure to tell the front desk that you'll need to go out so no one blocks your way. Would love to stay again and recommend to everyone who wants to stay at walking distance from blue mosque.

Great location - close to all the Sultanahmet sites. Really nice breakfast and great little patio to eat it looking right at Little Sofia Mosque. Quiet! Really thoughtful staff.
