This hotel charged both my debit and credit card a liability hold fee and double charged for breakfast. Upon check out, the receptionist failed to remember to apply my credit/discount for the breakfast. Also, upon check-in I found a disgusting long piece of hair in the shower.

I killed a cockroach in our bathroom!!! Didn’t appreciate that!! The headboard of the bed was way too far off the wall. Our pillows would go down between the wall and bed!! Needs some upgrades!!
