Dit ruime condominium op de begane grond ligt in de spectaculaire, omheinde privégemeenschap van de Sawgrass Country Club. Volg een virtuele rondleiding door onze community door naar de Sawgrass Country Club-website te gaan.

Ons complex is gelegen op de beroemde East Course, nummer zeven Green. Loop, fiets, rijd 800 meter naar de Beach Club. We hebben een prachtig water om te golfen om te bekijken. Leef comfortabel in onze 2000 vierkante voet, begane grond, gelijkvloers condominium. U vindt alle voorzieningen die u zou willen in uw eigen huis.
Gast heeft toegang tot ons gemeenschappelijk zwembad.

We hebben gratis draadloos internet en een zeer robuuste line-up van Xfinity TV-kanalen.

Toegang tot de voorzieningen en faciliteiten van de Sawgrass Country Club is alleen beschikbaar door een tijdelijk lidmaatschap rechtstreeks bij de club aan te schaffen. Bel SCC-lidmaatschapsbureau voor meer informatie. De club heeft 27 holes golf-, tennis- en fitnesscentra, vier zwembaden en een vooraanstaande strandclub aan de oceaan.

Een hond van minder dan 18 pond is toegestaan met voorafgaande goedkeuring.

Perfect place for a family vacation!

Cozy, family-friendly getaway

We have been vacationing in Sawgrass for the last few years with young children, and are so happy to have found Tom and Jennifer’s cozy, family-friendly property. Tom and Jennifer remained accessible throughout our stay, some of which had a soundtrack of drilling and banging due to construction, but the owners informed us and made efforts to accommodate promptly. The owners ensured essentials such as dish washer pods, laundry detergent, towels, plenty of kitchen items, toilet paper and paper towels were available. Beach equipment and pool items like noodles were available as well. They also provided clear home instructions. Requests for pack n play and plumbing assistance were provided without delay. Our children loved the golf cart rides. We hoped for a quiet, comfortable, safe stay. Tom and Jennifer’s hospitality exceeded our hopes, and we look forward to future stays.

Location!

Great property located in the gated Sawgrass community. Be sure to rent the golf cart bc you can use it to go to the beach or nearby restaurants. Property is overall nice, the bathroom and kitchens are showing their age. Beds were comfortable and lots of seating space to spread out family. Recommend property!

Fantastic stay

Loved our stay. The place was perfect and had everything we needed. Our nightly golf cart rides were so much fun and the pool was crystal clear. So quiet at night. I also loved having a full range of tv channels and not just smart tv which is what most rentals have. Highly recommend staying here

Best vacation ever

We have stayed at quite a few short term rental Properties. This one by far has been the best. The condo is spacious and beautiful. We had 6 in our group and plenty of space. The community is magnificent. We loved spending the Fourth of July holiday here and enjoying the beach and pool. Definitely rent the golf cart! It was so helpful! The community is very quiet and absolutely beautiful. The beach access was awesome especially via golf cart! I kept all the sand out of my car. The condo was super comfortable. Cold AC, well stocked beach supplies, cozy beds and furniture. We will be back!

Great family vacation with kids

We had such a great time, the whole condo was very clean and organized. If I had any questions or ran into any issues, their response time was very quick and issues were resolved immediately. Definitely rent the golf cart because it’s nice to drive around with the kids at night and look around. The pool is very clean and very fun for the kids. Beach access is very close and has a lot of pretty shells! Worth every penny !

Wonderful!

This is our second time staying at this home in Sawgrass and we love everything about it! The home is wonderfully located in the heart of Ponte Vedra Beach, close to restaurants, shops,and the beach. The home is equipped with everything you could possibly need-fans, beach equipment, board games- you name it, it’s there! We hope to be able to return again next year!
