Stay was disappointing

The reception was not welcoming. Rooms not really serviced well. No soaps/creams. The halls where dirty and gardens not maintained. Just over all disappointing.
They need friendly inviting staff that make you feel welcome too.

This was one of the most beautiful buildings i have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Its outside, inside flow is seamless and the details are flawless. The interior is in true keeping of the buildings age and design and i would like to congratulate whomever the person is that decorated or designed the interior space. The team at the Hotel from housekeeping to Management were always concerned about my comfort and the reception was always à

Molto buono il ristorante, con cibo di qualità. Personale attento e discreto. Di fianco alla struttura una Spa assolutamente da provare

Very pleasant. Breakfast (main course only) included which was convenient. The basin had no plug, but the bath plug was interchangeable. Very large bed, but duvet just covered the mattress. Air-conditioner not connected to the electricity, but it was winter and we survived. Although there was wi-fi I could not manage to connect.
