What's not to like?

Voordelen: Location, staff and overall decor and clenlyness of the hotel
Nadelen: wifi, coffee & tea
Locatie: ferry in 5min walking. pub & liquor store in 15 min great asian restaurant near the dock
Great hotel. The location is perfect while the free ferry is 5min walking away, and parking is free. We had a nice upgrade to a studio deluxe due to Expedia Gold Status, and the room was great. Breakfast wasn't big, but checked all the boxes. Great coffee in the room. The wifi was not up to par. Although free, it was to slow. Don't expect any streaming service to work, Or in my case, photo uploads. While the coffee at the buffet is great, instant coffee is not the European standard in rooms anymore. Selection of tea in the room is only black, you should ad green or herb.

Bad airco

I booked four days but if I didn't I would stay one night. The room was airless/stuffy. the airco gave me a cold and sore throat. Upgrade through expedia VIP was nice.

Good, nice and helpful staf which fits at the hotel. A 'perfect match' and the place to stay when visiting Brisbane.

Close to river walk which means very easy access to lot of amenities. We ended up walking over 10 miles two days, rented bikes another to cover more ground. Breakfast was amazing, recommend prepaying when you reserve, much cheaper that way. We did dinner there one night, was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.
