This hotel was fine for our needs -- we just needed a place to stay before a very early flight the next morning that offered free shuttle service. The shuttle service is listed as 24 hours on this booking site but actually it's not--the hours are limited and you need a reservation, but it wasn't a problem as the shuttle coordinates with the earliest flights at the airport. Beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. The bathroom was large and had nice amenities. Free WiFi took way too long to access.

On the first floor there was some noise occasionally that would wake me up. Other than that it was a good place to stay. The staff are very helpful.

I requested a room with 2 beds got there Nd was pit in room with one small bed cal the desk and got moved to a room with king bed hampton is get tig with toiletries no bar soap for shower no shower cap and no hand lotion oh no extra toilet Paper come on Hilton you can do bett

Stayed one night with my family for an early morning flight. 7 minutes from KCI and offers a shuttle or weekly parking if needed. Beds were comfy, pillows were ok, and the whole hotel had a warm, very pleasant smell through out. The attendant on was very helpful in telling me where to park so that it was adjacent to my room so that I could remote start my car the next morning when it was very cold. The only issue we had was the heat in our room did not work but were immediately moved to another room that was still where I could remote start my vehicle. Reilly made our stay very enjoyable due to going above and beyond. 10/10 recommend!
