Outdated hotel
Very very rude staff! I have never experienced this in my life. The girl at the reception was very rude and kept doing what she was doing, counting coins instead of helping me. And afterwards she first picked up the phone before she attended to me. The restaurant staff who brings you drinks is very inexperience and very rude. They don't tell you that you could order bottles soda instead of the fountain drink. The food was, at night, not worthy of a 5* establishment. Very poor quality. Breakfast was Oke. The people who are working in the sky bar on the 7th floor, do not pay any attention to their customers. They keep on taking to each other or their phones. So as a result I had to order at the bar. You cannot call for the waitress because the music is very very loud! The pool area is very nice, rooms are old but clean.

Door de aardbeving hebben we toch wat bedenkingen over de behandeling van het hotel naar de gasten. Zeer slechte communicatie hierover ! Echter wel verder behulpzaam en vriendelijk. .Niet goed werkende airco met veel lawaai. Veel te slappe matras.. Slechte Wifi verbinding. Eten beneden niveau 5 sterren hotel.

Recommend this lovely hotel
Wonderful hotel with a beautiful terrace to eat all your meals. Food was lovely, vegan friendly. Internet service was hit and miss but this my only fault to my stay.

We felt the impact of Covid and seasonal end
We had a lovely stay. The weather was good, no rain but windy most of the days. But... since it's not our firsy stay our high expectations were not fully met. Upsides: the hotel is beautiful inside and out. Dinners were great. Souvlaki and more was a good fast food addition to eating options. Evening entertainment was good on most of the days, esecially Greek night! We enjoyed the aqualand waterpark very much, even when it was very cold. We enjoyed the Gym. Downsides - Breakfast and lunch were mediocre, water was very cold in swimming pool and spa was not included in AI basis. The beach was not treated. Almost no entertainment during the day (end of season). Receptionist was disappointing. But, thank you George, Dimitra and Anna.

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal, das Essen ist top, man ist schnell am Strand. Ich möchte mich noch persönlich bei: Dyonisios christos der Barmen, George maitre d‘hotel und Ory vom Restaurant sowie die ganze Crew bedanken. Sie alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Putzpersonal macht eine saubere arbeit. Komme auf jedefall gerne wieder und kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Top Jungs, ihr habt das in Griff !!

Der Service, die Mitarbeiter und das Essensangebot ließen keine Wünsche offen. Ich habe mich von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Leider ist die Einrichtung ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, sodass es heute nur noch einem deutschen 4-Sterne-Standard entspricht.

Personale cortese e disponibile. Ottimo ristorante a buffet, cucina continentale e greca diversa ogni giorno con molta possibilità di scelta. Parti comuni molto ben tenute. Camera pulita e pulizie giornaliere. Servizi come descritti sul sito Expedia (ho usato la palestra, la piscina interna, i vari bar). Nel mio caso, peccato per alcuni dettagli come la televisione ancora a tubo catodico, moquette della camera e il bagno con sanitari, vasca troppo vecchi. Consigliato.

Bellissima struttura, vista fantastica, si tocca la Turchia con un dito. Cibo squisito e molto vario, si nota decisamente la differenza da un all inclusive 4 stelle. Personale eccellente, gentilissimo e sempre pronto alle esigenze del cliente, sono stata coccolata in ogni modo. Hotel internazionale con pochi italiani (e per me è una nota positiva perché ero alla ricerca di relax) con animazione soft, perfetto per non annoiarsi ma non invasivo. Unica pecca manca la doccia in piscina, assurdo dato che c’e anche in spiaggia.. per il resto top top top ci tornerei mille volte.

Nice hotel a bit aged but service and food good
The bedrooms rooms need a refurbishment , they need things like modern TV to feel like a 5 star hotel,plus the air conditioning needs updating but food and service was very good throughout the hotel , they could do with boosting their internet connection . The bar inside the hotel didn’t open until 5 pm which ment you had to que at the pool bar all day to get a drink . Howeverr staff at the pool bar were excellent and worked relentless to serve you . No major TV area with large screens which was a bit surprising with the World Cup being played 3 times a day whilst we were there , the hotel had plenty of space to accommodate this. We went the ultra inclusive which we felt was value for money however it’s dispointing that you still had to pay for ice cream at the pool bar and for certain cocktails at all the bars , and you had to pay for all your drinks at the sky bar to enjoy the views . You were also limited on the service of drinks in the main restaurant to larger , wine or soft drinks , tea and coffee . The facilities for drinks and food at the beach bar were a joke ( burger van comes to mind ) the whole area needs improving we would definiteley consider staying here again if some improvements were made

Nettes Hotel zum entspannen
Unser Aufenthalt für 6 Tage war im großen und ganzen sehr erholsam. Wir haben den Poolbereich, die Restaurants, den spa Bereich genutzt und waren zufrieden. Das Hotel selbst lädt zunächst mit einen imposanten Eingangsbereich ein. Der Stil der Einrichtung ist allerdings Ansichtssache und empfand ich persönlich als altmodisch. Die Teppiche in den Fluren zeigen einige Gebrauchsspuren. Hingegen waren die Zimmer und die sonstige Anlage immer sauber. Das Fitnessstudio hat mir leider nicht zugesagt, da die meisten Geräte nicht nutzbar waren bzw. für meine Größe (170cm) nicht praktikabel. Auf der Anlage laufen Katzen herum, die einem gern mal die Snacks wegnaschen. Wir sind am 24.10. abgereist. Bereits 2 Tage vorher schien das Hotel sich auf die Schließung über den Winter einzustellen. So war es sehr schade, dass während des Essens bereits Stühle und Tische weggeräumt. Ebenfalls wurden Sonnenschirme und -Stühle vom Pool während der Mittagszeit weggeräumt während man noch am entspannen war.

Die 5* sind nicht mehr gegeben
In einem 5* Hotel erwarte ich zumindest einen Flat-TV, einen Bodenbelag im Zimmer der nicht Teppichboden sein sollte der seit Jahren nicht gewechselt wurde sondern durch Feuchtreinigung Wellen wie am Strand aufweist. Das Personal war zwar auf der einen Seite sehr freundlich, kam an an seine Grenzen. Strand ist "grausam" besteht nur aus großen Kieseln und liegt direkt an der Straße. Pool ist ansprechend.Essen ist von Qualität und Quantität absolut OK.

No way 5 stars!
The receptionist was expected to have my reservation printed so it took them some time until they find us. Then a mini buss came to drop us to the top of the hill where was our room, in a block called Kalymnos. We entered into a smelly studio which supposed to be a 5* hotel room. The furniture reminded me of my grandmother (bless her, she is 92).I thought it was a misunderstanding. The bathroom offered a stained shower, no shampoo, not even a cup for toothbrushes. However, I complained and we were moved to a proper room. We were also witness of another arguing about a room location. Food - it takes place at the same restaurant for all inclusive and for the other guests. The staff get confused, they just come to the table and ask about our room number. If the Management reads, you must organise your staff to ask the guests on arrival at the restaurant, but not to disturb while people are having their food. The terrace of the main restaurant offered a spectacular view. But it wasn't a pleasure to eat there as people were surrounded by lots of wasps.I complained to the floor manager who kindly assured me that there were less wasps at the terrace than downstairs in the garden. All these facts don't match with my idea of 5* resort. And not the category is bothering me. We came in Kipriotis from Kardamena, where we had same price room at 5* hotel resort. Comparing both, I think that Kipriotis Group overcharge and mislead that's why I don't recommend these hotels.

Lovely hotel with sea views all around
We enjoyed our stay apart from the wasps which were everywhere (I got stung and had to have antibiotics). The hotel is lovely with marble flooring, beautiful lighting and very clean and shinning! The cleaning staff work very hard every day cleaning and polishing everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular Kleo a waiter who was lovely and very attentive. The food was plentiful with a different theme every night. There are activities every day if you want to join in; water aeorobics, water polo, Pilates, yoga, stretching excercises which are available at no extra charge and are run by Timi and Thomas who were great fun. In all, a very enjoyable relaxing stay, I would definitely recommend the Kipriotis Panorama and not Kipriotis village complex , or Kipriotis Aqualand sister hotels just down the road which would be more suited if you have children.

Lovely hotel if you want a relaxing location.
Hotel staff were excellent especially Cristina at reception. Five starts to her as she made some excellent recommendations for beaches/non-touristy bars to visit as we wanted to avoid the influx of European teenagers so a massive positive. Only disappointment staff wise was in the red roof top bar - the same waitress was either in a good mood or touchy one (if you're having a bad day this shouldn't reflect on customers). Otherwise the roof top bar music and views was excellent! The DJ looked like he was +50 but he definitely knew the right chilled house tunes to play - another 5 stars for this chap! Hotel was in a nice quiet location with two large pools and a pebbly beach directly outside. Great views from the bar and restaurant area across to Bodrum. The hotel is also in a great location to hop on a bus directly outside the hotel (2 Euros single) or cycle (5 Euros hire) to beaches to the right of the hotel - to name Ammos Beach-Cocktail bar or Agios Fokas Beach club (my preference was Ammos). Both were pebbles though. Our favourite beach was however, a pleasant 4.5 mile cycle to Mylos beach (just past Kos Town) - better stretch of sand if you wanted to go for a stroll. Overall a great hotel and location if you want peace and quiet but with option to cycle your way around.

Enjoyed staying in the hotel. But as my rest of the family was staying in Mirsisi Revira few minutes away. The staff was extreamly helpful and lots of fun. Food was excellent. Rooms were not as good as Kapriotis. Overall we all graded that hotel 10 out of 10. I will book there next time. Kapriotis hotel is beautiful. Staff not friendly. I will grade this hotel 5 out of 10. Sorry you even had the oldest TV you can get. Put flat screen please. Train your staff to smile and greet guests etc etc. I was also a director of operations to several hotels in Atlanta first thing they taught us was to. E extreamly polite and have a happy face at all times.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful. Communal areas were smart and nicely furnished. Room was a good size and clean, though carpets and bed spreads are old and look a bit tired. Food was a bit disappointing for a so called 5 star hotel. Pools and pool areas are good. Open air Red Sky bar on top floor has a nice vibe and we spent a lot of time there. Nearest beach is a pebble beach with a steep gradient. Need to go further a field on Kos to find child and swimmer friendly sandy beaches.

Das Hotel ist ein All-Inklusive-Bunker. Das Buffet ist dementsprechend schlecht (viel Auswahl aber keine Qualität). Das schlimmste war aber die House Musik bis 2.30 in der Nacht von der Sky Bar welche man in den Zimmern 2 Stockwerke darunter hören musste. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken und Beschwerden waren nutzlos. Kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Das Kipriotis ist ein grosser Hotelkomplex mit einer schönen Sicht auf das Meer, das jedoch niemals einen 5--Sterne-Standard aufweist. 4 Sterne wären eher angemessen, da die Einrichtung auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der Kiesstrand nicht sehr einladend, voller Seegras, und die Sonnenliegen und -schirme müssen bei Halbpension extra bezahlt werden. Auch der Zimmersafe ist bei Halbpension nicht inbegriffen - dies ist in jedem Mittelklassehotel heute Standard. Das Buffet-Essen ist beim Frühstück noch geniessbar, beim Mittag- und Abendessen enttäuscht er jedoch auf der ganzen Strecke. Da bietet jede kleine Taverne in Kos Stadt viel mehr, und es lohnt sich, für das Abendessen in die Stadt zu fahren.

Hôtel idéal pour se reposer,très tranquille et en même temps proximité du centre ville et marina.Mais malheureusement, Repas médiocre, pas digne d'un 5 étoiles:île entourée de mer or en 6 jours aucun poisson de qualité... pas 'ombre d une crevette, scampis ou gambas; rare filet de poisson insipide, pains décongelés...fontaines de boissons fermées, imposition de bouteilles d'eau payables...du jamais vu même dans les pays pauvres d'Afrique.Au restaurant, beaucoup de personnel mais problème organisationnel (tables rarement dressées...boissons apportées au desserts...) Et enfin, problème de climatisation dans la chambre.

Splendide séjour dans un magnifique hôtel. La qualité du service, ainsi que la propreté des chambres sont irréprochables. Côté cuisine, cela faisait longtemps que nous n'avions plus vu un buffet aussi riche que varié. Le tout dégusté sur une magnifique terrasse. Proche de la mer et calme (pas le cas de l'hôtel situé en contre-bas). De plus, une ligne de bus relie le centre-ville de Kos en 15-20 minutes. Seul point vraiment négatif : Un wifi de piètre qualité et hors de prix (€42.-/semaine, non-partageable)

Empfehlenswertes Hotel mit exzellentem Service
Mittlerweile war ich zum zweiten Mal im Kipriotis Panorama Hotel und würde es jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Das Hotel selbst ist Teil einer größeren Anlage mehrerer Schwesternhotels, soll aber mit den 5* das Beste vor Ort sein. Zielgruppe ist m.E. eindeutig Paare allen Alters sowie kleinere Familien, wobei in den Schwesternhotels (Village, Hippocrates und Aqualand) mehr Programm für Kinder geboten wird - das Panorama ist deutlich ruhiger. Servicetechnisch kann ich meinen Vorrednern nicht zustimmen, ich fühlte mich jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend behandelt und empfand die Servicemitarbeiter als sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders die Mitarbeiter an der Pool- und Hotelbar (Dynosios, Andreas, Fabian) haben sichtlich Spaß an ihrer Arbeit und sind ihren Gästen gegenüber exzellente Gastgeber. Das Essen im Restaurant ist von hoher Qualität und mit Liebe angerichtet. Dabei wird übrigens auch auf Allergiefälle eingegangen und betroffene Gäste werden vom Chef persönlich beraten was sie in dem Falle essen können und was nicht. Zum leidigen Thema All-Inclusive oder Halbpension kann ich nur sagen das ich mich beim zweiten Besuch bewusst für Halbpension entschieden habe: Das sehr reichhaltige Frühstück geht bis 11:30 Uhr, ab 18:30 Uhr gibt es das Abendessen. All-Inklusive Gäste können dazwischen noch Mittagessen, Nachmittags gibt es Kuchen und Abends einen Mitternachtssnack - zu viel für mich! Einzig bei den Zimmern gibt es Verbesserungspotential - alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

HOUSEKEEPERS ARE THIEVES!!!!
I stayed at the suites for 5 nights tha breakfast was the only good part....I Dropped My sunglasses in one of the floors and nobody could help me find them and when I asked them to see on the cameras if any housekeeper took them they told me the had no security system installed in the "public" lobby...last night before I leave I realized that my straightening hair tool was missing and also my husbands calculator I called the reception ant they were trying to tell me that I was a liar.......the Island of Kos is majestical....but if you stay at KiPriotis only if you SECURE YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS!!!!

the hotel is amazing, recommend this to everyone. The staff are really nice and helpful, the food was amazing and so much on offer to eat. Very clean, made our stay so comfortable and cannot say there was anything wrong.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal
Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren zur Vorsaison da und soweit ich weiß, gibt es keine Hotelanimation. Das Hotel ist eher ein Pärchen Hotel oder etwas ältere Teenies. Das Personal sowie die gesamte Bevölkerung auf Kos sind sehr nett und höflich. Das Einzige was mir nicht so gefallen hat und was man meiner Meinung nach von einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarten kann ist das uns der Duschkopf im Badezimmer entgegenkam, die liegen am Pool nur teilweise mit Polstern bedeckt waren auch im Eingangsbereich waren die Ledersofas nicht mehr vorzeigbar ( kaputt und teilweise ohne Polster). Alles in allem etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten war das Essen sehr lecker und ich denke für jeden was dabei.

Kos stay - 27th may 2015
We arrived to kos at around 6am and the hotel was about 5-10 minutes away from the ferry port (10 euros taxi). We walked in and the lobby looked very old fashioned and old (sofas were disgusting) and did not gave us a good vibe as a 5* hotel. The first guy at the reception was very rude but they changed shift afterwards and the two ladies managed to gave us an early check-in at 930 (which was surprising) despite the service earlier. They do not offer free wifi and I highly do not recommended people to stay here unless they want to live at a worn out hotel and with a bunch of old people. FYI their ac does not work properly, goes off every 10 mins. The only good part of this hotel is that they offer free meals - good variety.

Good building / location / views. Bog standard food / drinks / service. 3+ stars only. Hotel is let down by the company that runs it. Senior management need to visit a proper 5 star establishment to see what 5 stars actually means. What hotel lacks may be down to Greek Economic problems, but I'm not sure.

Siamo appena rientrati da un soggiorno di 10 giorni in questo hotel con trattamento di half board. Non credo ci torneremo. L'hotel ha sicuramente una struttura monumentale esterna, un aspetto gradevole nel complesso ed una posizione invidiabile che affaccia sul mare....ma una volta esauriti questi elementi le 5 stelle si perdono purtroppo....la nostra camera, una Suite Executive vista mare, molto spaziosa e con balcone affacciato effettivamente sulla baia, aveva un arredamento abbastanza elegante ma mobili rigati e trascurati, una moquette trasandata e sporca come raramente mi è capitato di vedere, i copriletti dei due letti presenti stropicciati e scuciti in molti punti e davvero di teleria dozzinale, rubinetteria del bagno macchiata e parzialmente rotta o incrostata e mai sufficientemente pulita, specchio frontale obsoleto e notevolmente macchiato in tutto il bordo. Il buffet era quantitativamente molto abbondante e vario, ma qualitativamente molto scadente sia a colazione che a cena. La qualità dei cibi proposti era piuttosto scadente e anche i piatti cucinati al momento purtroppo erano davvero pessimi. Abbiamo mangiato infatti nelle taverne greche ottimamente per otto sere su dieci....Il servizio ai tavoli molto presente ed il personale molto gentile, ma la mise en place ridicola e assolutamente non rispondente ai canoni di un 5 stelle così come pure il dress code inesistente nella sala ristorante. C'è molto da rivedere e da migliorare!
