MALA EXPERIENCIA

Muy mal, el apto no existia en la direccion de Hoteles.Com, despues de 1:30 horas buscando el apto. Bajo lluvia y frio con mi familia. Fuimos a la central de los aptos, gracias al front desk de un hotel que llamo y les hablo en Polaco. Al llegar nos dijo quien nos atendio “ que el apto que alquile tenian mucho tiempo de no tenerlo” al final me dieron otro, estaba bien ,pero experiencia muy mala. Resulto ser un Airb&b local. No se como Hoteles.com , se asocia con empresas irresponsables.......

Terrible for the money.

American dream was not really a dream. Judge by yourself. Staff did not even bother to worl with me. Hotels.com took care of me at the end.

Best apartment in Krakow....

The apartment are all called different names. The one I stayed in was called 'The Royal' It was a great location, close the the central railway station. It is a huge apartment, with a separate Kitchen with all the required amenities, Huge lounge (with extra beds), lovely bathroom with a corner bath and shower. Separate bedroom with double bed. Very comfortable bed. Main lounge faces the street, but very little noise, at night at least. I would definitely stay again. In fact I think I will book very soon. You will not be disappointed

Nærheten til det meste men litt for mye støy fra toget som passerte på utsiden, da det gikk hele døgnet. Litt slitt leilighet.

Spacious, safe and clean. Could do with an ironing board and a vacuum inside the apartment though. And there is also plenty of space to have its own washing machine and dryer, rather than making guesrs use the communal one.

In some apartments like the one you stayed, we have one washing machine per building, but in other apartments we have individual washing machines. I'm posting conversation that takes place with apartment manager . Apartment that I've booked was switched for different on different street and in unacceptable condition, management seems to be not understanding or ignoring situation.. please read below... Good morning, I'm really disappointed about reservations I've made for my family staying in Poland Kraków .Apartment I've booked was switched without my consent and any notification , that shouldn't happen ,also there is missing soap and shampoo that is standard in any places ,old coffee ( mould) left in oven and hanging wire from the selling. ........ I checked your reservation and I can not see any changes. You booked 2 bedroom apartment in Kazimierz Disctrict. Could you please tell us where we made a mistake regarding location of the apartment? You booked something else? I am very sorry about the missing things. Would you like us to bring those today to your apartment? ......... I've booked on Expedia apartment in specific location and address based on pictures I saw ..Dietla 75/1A, Krakow, Lesser Poland, Poland, 31-050 Expedia not allowing any changes without consent from travelers .it isn't fair to advertise different " product" apartment in that case and at time if arriving mislead people getting them to different location. Your pictures in Expedia represent your offer . So.. later they blame EXPEDIA to make mistake and removing some notes. A lot room for improvement to be serious business.

Une nuit à casimierz sans wifi...

Quartier Casimierz une nuit : 41 euros Points positifs : situation, prés du quartier juif et du Château Wavel. spacieux, propre, bien agencé et bien équipé, le linge de maison est propre (draps et serviettes). Ascenseur (appréciable car au dernier étage sous le toit).Le service qui assure le service client est à l'écoute par contre en termes d'action... Points négatifs : Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas du tout, Nous étions dans le quartier de Casimierz et nous avons dû prendre les clés sur la place centrale de Cracovie, pour remettre les clés : une boîte dédiée c'était aussi problématique d'accès. la clé de la porte d'accès à l'immeuble est grippée = difficile à ouvrir.
