The lake house was very nice and cozy. Golf cart made getting to the lake very easy. Definitely recommend staying here if visitings the area. Easy check in, house was very clean and homey feeling.

Every detail of the space reflected care and thoughtfulness, making it feel like a true home away from home.The cleanliness was outstanding, which made our experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. We are especially grateful to Brad and June for their exceptional hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel genuinely welcome.Thank you for sharing this beautiful slice of paradise with me, my wife, and our children. Our family enjoyed a 4 night/3 day stay here this fall. This place was perfect for our family of four. The cabin has everything you need - we could have gotten by with just clothes and groceries. We enjoyed the kayaks, the fire pits, and hiking nearby at Tugaloo State Park. We plan to come back here in the future!

We stayed at the cabin for our son's wedding to a local Lavonia girl. The cabin was delightful and close enough to all the activities so that we could go back and forth and use it as our home base. The hosts think of everything! It's a very comfortable cabin.

We enjoyed our stay at The Lake Place and loved that it had all the amenities so we didn't pack everything and bring it with us for our three-day weekend. We especially appreciated that they had kayaks, tubes, and a canoe that we could use to play around with on the lake. And while it's not on the water itself, it's right nearby and easy to get to on the provided golf cart. Would definitely stay there again.

We came for a softball tournament and the cabin was very convenient to everything. It was clean and smelled so good and had everything we needed. The kayaks were a plus with a short golf cart ride to put them in the water. It was the perfect little place to stay and even though only 1 bedroom/1 bathroom our family of 5 had plenty of space!

My wife and I spent the weekend here to celebrate our anniversary. The location was easy to get to and beautifully situated. The interior was wonderfully decorated and made us feel at home immediately. I will absolutely be coming back though bring our fishing poles the next time!

We enjoyed our stay! The cabin was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. We used the golf cart and kayaks to explore the neighborhood and lake. We encountered several deer! We spent one morning hiking at Tugaloo and ate dinner at 211 Main St Restaurant. The restaurant opens at 5:00 for dinner and there was already a line to get in. The food was delicious. They also have prepared food that you can purchase and take back to the cabin for an easy meal.
