Great stay and super friendly people. Only downside is that the room had mosquitoes. The staff even tried to solve the mosquito issue which unfortunately only helped for the night. But that’s not something to blame the hotel for. The spa the pool and the tour operator within the hotel were outstanding!

Goede omgeving
Dicht bij het strand de winkels en de restaurants. Geweldig verblijf, alleen zwembad vond ik tegen vallen erg klein voor zo'n groot hotel

Beautiful hotel, very nice staff
Immediately upon arrival we got a warm welcome received by a nice drink and a refreshment towel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel room is fantastic, spacious and clean. Also the breakfast was fine to do! Only minus of this hotel is the view from the pool. Unfortunately, there is an old abandoned building across the hotel. What a pity it is. Location of the hotel is fine, right in the center of Legian. This is convenient for shopping and taking the Bluebird taksi's easy.

Verschrikkelijke incheckprocedure
We kwamen om 16.30 aan in het hotel, we zagen dat de gasten welke voor ons en na ons arriveerde netjes geholpen werden met de koffers. Of het nu ging om een foutje of dat het met opzet was zullen we niet weten. Tijdens het inchecken kwamen we tot de ontdekking dat we nog een tijdje moesten wachten omdat onze kamers niet klaar waren. Bij het aandringen werd meegedeeld dat we alvast naar 1 kamer konden gaan. Dit was raar omdat het al 16.30 was. Navraag of we dan een drankje of wat eten konden krijgen reageerde de medewerker geïrriteerd en zei dat we gewoon moesten wachten. Het ontbijt stelt verder niet zoveel voor, al met al waren we teleurgesteld over dit hotel. Mercure Jakarta vonden wij een stuk beter

Merxure Legian is central too great shopping and great doos like Fat Chow, however we had boomed a king exexutive suite, which appearance was fabulous, however the mini fridge was too big for the cupboard space and jammed everytime you open and closes it, The huge magnificent bath, would probably take 2 hours to fill as the water pressure was terrible just for the bath. Both vanity sinks plugs were push downs and did not work… just little things though. Two great pools, semi attentive bar staff, again understanle for the size of the place. Unfortunately we would not stay there again and would opt for accommodations off the main roads due to the traffic noise, which in Bali runs 22hours a day.
