The overall styling/decoration of the hotel looks very nice and appealing.
Our room had multiple deficiencies.
- Multiple stains on the carpet, some significantly larger than others.
- The curtains did not close properly, since the connection with the rail was broken and we had to manually fix it every night.
- There were several relatively large signs of black mold in the shower.
- Worst of all was that we could not turn off our bathroom lights for three consecutive nights. Had to call reception to send someone to address it. One night someone had to come back three times to fix it again!!
These points unfortunately bring me to the conclusion that this was not worth the price and/or the 5 stars. For that I think everything should have been perfect.

Epic Sana is een schoon en zakelijk hotel. Het ontbijt is zeer goed. Luxe en smakelijk. De kamers zijn voldoende ruim, met een fijne badkamer. Tijdens ons verblijf was het gordijn en het koffiezetapparaat kapot. Dit werd snel vervangen en we konden een andere kamer krijgen. Het zwembad is klein, maar voldoende. De ligbedden bij het zwembad zijn heel luxe. Soms moet je wel even wachten op een plekje, maar er zijn voldoende loungestoelen. Het hotel is niet ideaal gelegen. We hebben vaak een Uber besteld. Voor 5/6 euro zit je dan in de stad.

I stayed here for a week and overall enjoyed the stay. We got upgraded to a suite above the level that we initially booked, which was great. The welcoming staff were great and overall we had a nice time and breakfast was a pleasant experience (though could have more variability. it's basically the same thing every day). The room was very comfortable. I'm used to having a personal concierge when staying at a 5-star hotel, so that was missing and could have made the experience a little nice a the price point.

Rooms were ok. Lot of broken things glued together and black mold in bathrooms. Not a 5 star hotel.
Breakfast buffet was top notch and room service was excellent.
Overall excellent service but facilities and rooms need improvement to seem 5 star.
