Het hotel de kamers en ontbijt goed. Het zwembad is niet schoon water ook niet er zou een betere zuiveringsinstallatie moeten zijn. Voor een zwembad dat niet erg diep is 1.20 m en je amper je voeten op de bodem ziet is dit wel slecht.

Vriendelijk en kundig personeel. Helaas ook veel inhuurkrachten, die zich niet iedere dag goed inzetten. Dan verdient dit hotel in ons geval een minpuntje. Kamers iedere dag schoon en fris. Genoeg keuze te maken tijdens het ontbijt. Het avonddiner viel ons wat tegen, maar genoeg restaurantjes in de omgeving, die je innerlijke maag kunnen versterken. Gewoon een hotel dat jij ook wilt boeken!

We werden hierheen verplaatst na een boeking van een ander hotel dat niet gehonereerd kon worden. Was een prima hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt dat erbij zat was erg goed! De kamers waren alleen wat oudbollig en ongemakkelijk ingedeeld. Plafondplaten waar grote gaten tussen zaten plinten die loslieten, etc.

Een prettig hotel. Zwembad en gym op het dak aanwezig. Handdoeken liggen er voor bij het zwembad. Leuke bar op het dak, bij het zwembad. Ruime en lekkere keuze bij het ontbijt. Personeel vriendelijk en bij de receptie spreken ze goed Engels. Om bij het levendige deel van Lissabon te komen kan je de metro nemen, die rijden af en aan. Is op zo'n 5 minuten lopen van het hotel vandaan. Maken elke dag je kamer schoon en vullen ruime hoeveelheid handdoeken aan. 2 persoonsbedden zijn smaller dan in NL, maar prima om in te slapen.

Service is heel goed.werknemers van het hotel spreken goed engels.alleen als je de parkinggarage wil gebruiken, moet je voor 12 uur in de nacht terug zijn.anders kun je de auto nergens kwijt

Kamer was netjes.Koelkastje werkte minder goed. Douche in bad. De badkuip zag er niet meer netjes uit.

The parking lot is a nightmare with super tight corners/angles to manipulate, requiring backing up and going forward. Hardly easy after a day of driving in unfamiliar areas. Leaving was slightly easier than entering. However, the driveway is one lane. A staff person at the top has to signal with a red or green light whether it is safe to go. The staff person was distracted, whatever, and we waited and waited for a green light. Finally someone got out of the car and walked to the top to get this problem taken care of. Also the breakfast food was terrible. An array of food was offered. It was all bad. The room was fine, though it was very hard to use the television in my room. Very difficult to get it to turn on, and then very difficult to change channels. I eventually just turned it off. Soooo, the hotel was okay for the night we spent there, but definitely flawed.

Area was convenient to city center. Day staff was great and accomodating, but night staff was difficult to work with and consistently seemed annoyed when we made requests. Extra amenities seemed overpriced (breakfast, airport transfer, etc.)

Main lobby and dining area are very nice. Floor we were on needs a refresh as it is very dated but still clean. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke but room was okay.

It was less than 10 mins from metro and other amenities. Staff was very friendly. My 9 year old daughter felt very safe.

Excellent location, reasonable rates, restaurant is very good with lots of options. The pool wasn’t open during our stay but the weather wasn’t the greatest to use the pool anyway.

A good experience on this hotel. The process for payment thru expedia was trouble free. The staff was not pushy and willing to help us. They even help me doing some currency exchange at current rates. Very happy! . Although the location was a bit far away from the city center it was far enough to remain peacefull.

The windows seemed broken. Air/wind was seeping in throughout the night. The sink was clogged and would fill up every time we turned the tap on. Staff had to charge to bring plates and cutlery to the room, so when we went to get them ourselves, we were left waiting as nobody was around to help
