Een uitmuntend hotel !
Een uitmuntend hotel en cijfer een 11 !! Kamer en hotel was super en het personeel en de service het allerbeste en cijfer een 11. De lokatie is ook super en vandaar kan je vele dingen doen en slechts in 40 minuten met de trein naar Lissabon voor slechts 5 euro een retour. Dit is qua service van het personeel absoluut de top of de "bill". Ik heb nog nooit zo veel vriendelijkheid en servicegerichtheid gezien en ben in vele 5 sterren hotels wereldwijd geweest. Dit hotel heft voor mij minimaal de score 5.0 en zo niet nog hoger maar in ieder geval de maximale score!!

Genieten van luxe
Geweldig verblijf gehad. Luxe, schoon, geweldige staf, lekker rustig aan het zwembad met heerlijk windje van zee. Treintje voor de deur voor mogelijk bezoek aan Lissabon, maar geen last gehad van geluid terwijl wij een kamer hadden met zeezicht.

Geweldig verblijf
Ik heb enorm genoten van mijn trip naar dit hotel. Het hotel is gloednieuw en werkelijk alles was perfect. De kamer was ruim, net als het balkon en alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig. Het personeel was bijzonder attent, vriendelijk en oplettend. Alle kamers hebben uitzicht op de oceaan en een ruim balkon. Het matras sliep heerlijk en je hebt geen last van herrie of licht in de kamer. Het ontbijtbuffet was riant en je hebt gelegenheid om a la carte (inclusief) nog wat extra;s te bestellen

Excellent in alles
Dit hotel heeft alles wat je zou willen (ook al hebben we het niet allemaal kunnen/hoeven gebruiken). En werkelijk uitstekende, echt gastvrije en attente service door iedereen: vanaf frontdesk tot restaurant tot degene die de parkeergarage beheert. Ze doen werkelijk hun best het je naar de zin te maken.

5 star accommodations and service. Excellent breakfast. We ate at the restaurant for the special new year's eve dinner - it was excellent. We did not try the regular menu. Neighborhood is superb - 10 min walk to the center of Cascais on the walkway by the ocean. Easy uber (25-30 min) or train (45 min) into Lisbon. Train runs in front of the hotel, however, despite being on the second floor, the soundproofing was outstanding - could not hear the trains pass. Rooms are updated and well appointed. Will definitely stay here again when returning to Lisbon.

This is a beautiful hotel situated on the boardwalk by the sea but it still has a very private feeling to it. The service, food and rooms are exceptional. After dinner last night we arrived back to the hotel and ordered a drink overlooking the sea. We really enjoyed our stay

Absolutely loved it!!
What an amazing stay! The staff were outstanding and couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. We were there for an occasion and the staff went out of their way to make it very special. The location was stunning with a 180 degree sea view, and very conveniently located beside a train stop and the boardwalk between Cascais and Estoril. The poor was really lovely with comfy loungers and poolside service. The rooms are really beautiful and spotlessly clean. The food is delicious. Breakfast is buffet as well as a la carte. We also had dinner one night and that was very tasty in a stunning setting. The hotel is not cheap but boy do you get value for money. We loved it and would highly recommend!!

Train station too close to hotel . Woke me up
After reading so many reviews booked this hotel on this site despite being an IHG member The room was great the front desk staff very good We had a premier ocean view but in arrival upgrades to junior suite . The room was lovely and the front desk staff also very welcoming All was going well till the next morning when we were woken up by the sounds of a train. This woke us up. Nobody mentions in any review that the train stops outside the hotel throughout the day I was on a romantic holiday with my wife first time without the kids and this was not what we expected paying over Euro 490 a night. I spoke to reception to see if we could check out a day early and although it was a pay at hotel reservation they said after speaking to the manage because I booked through hotels.com they could not cancel. They actually told me that they didn’t get many complaints about the noise The train literally stops less then 100 yards from the pool. ! Beware I have stayed at many intercontinental hotels and they have been very flexible with date change even if booked on hotels.com. Because of this experience I will not be staying at any intercontinental hotel again I chose the intercon because it was an international brand . I am shocked that after my complaint they would not let us leave a day early I moved to Grand Real Villa Italia ( which I had been looking at before I booked anything ) and what a difference Would recommend this any time over the Intercon

Great property. 10 minute walk to the city, has a great pool area that serves food & beverages. The restaurant upstairs was good & has a great view. Rooms clean & up to date. There is valet parking with a parking garage, offers electric charging as well. The top floors of the hotel are privately owned residences.
