Kamer was prima, schoon. Uitstekende badkamer en voorzieningen. Extreem verkeersgeluid, snelweg, lokaalverkeer, hoogliggend metrobaan, opstijgende vliegtuigen. Met raam dicht ging het nog net. Uitstekend restaurant

This was an amazing experience to be in this hotel. We felt at home right away and the service from the front desk was always helpful. But a special thanks goes out to the restaurant personal. They are super friendly, helpful with our child and amazing service and profesionall in their job.Just for them i most defenitly coming back. Amazing experience. Thank you very much.

Prima bed, ontbijt, douche, airco, koelkast in de (zeer ruime) kamer. Maar het inchecken, uitchecken en in de middag ophalen van mijn baggage kan, voor zo'n upmarket business hotel als men zegt te zijn, alleen omschreven als: onnodig tergend langzaam. Er staat 4 man/vrouw personeel maar die zijn alle 4 bezig met de problemen met het nieuwe check-in systeem, zeggen ze. Los de problemen daarmee op voordat er continu 20 gasten voor je neus staan!! Bij uitchecken weer: sorry, het systeem etc. etc.

Housekeeping services average, always forgetting tea or towels. Stayed 4 nights and had to call everyday for services. Location far from main tourist attractions. Hotel itself in very poor condition.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful From the people working at the reception to the people working in the kitchen. The place is very close to transportation. 5 minutes from the airport. Very convenient.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We stayed at 3 Radisson Blu hotels on this trip. New Delhi, Dubai, and Lisbon. This one was a little older and looking a bit outdated but the price reflects that. I paid a $100 more a night in New Delhi. The breakfast options were endless and great like all 3 hotels. A renovation to the halls would really help bring this hotel back.

It was a very nice stay. The staff was very nice. I wish I was able to do an early check-in but once I was in it was a very good experience. Nice food at the restaurant - the dessert was fabulous, the cheesecake was the best one ever

Sapevamo di aver scelto una struttura 4 stelle ma la pulizia non era a livello di una struttura 4 stelle. La cosa più spiacevole riguarda il sistema di riscaldamento che non ha mai funzionato. Diverse volte mi comunicavano di aver provveduto ma, alla sera, stanchi, dovevamo restare al freddo. L'ultima sera, ho costretto il tecnico a verificare in mia presenza e il riscaldamento funzionava solo per pochi minuti. Con molto disagio, abbiamo cambiato stanza perchè la serata era più fredda del solito.

Poor, needs a major upgrade
This is a tired hotel in need of a makeover and upgrade. Our room was huge which was nice however only 1 small window. The laminate flooring had lifted in several places, the bathroom was dirty as were the walls. Certainly not what I expect from the Raddison brand
