Prachtige locatie
Direct aan het strand, schitterend uitzicht. Ik heb de indruk dat het gebouw wel gehorig is, maar wij waren er in een rustige periode met lage bezetting en hadden geen enkele hinder. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ze gaven bij het inchecken al gelijk aan dat we ook wel na 10:00 konden uitchecken als we dat wilden.

I ragazzi della reception sono abbastanza invadenti, una sera ho portato due amici a mangiare e li han fatti uscire, dopodiché per 2 giorni ci seguiva in ascensore, un po' troppo attaccato direi

Buon pomeriggio,Ci dispiace che questa sia la tua percezione, ma se hai letto le regole che c'erano nell'appartamento, i clienti sono già informati che le persone non possono entrare negli appartamenti che non sono ospitati.È una regola interna dello stabilimento ed è un peccato che i clienti non la capiscano, così si possono evitare problemi se le regole stabilite non vengono rispettate.Grazie per il tuo commento.

Good morning,On the day of his arrival, he was asked the time of departure in case that time was before 10:00 in the morning, which is the established time for check-out, but they did not give us an answer or notify him in the following days of his stay in the reception of the apartments.For this reason, the deposit was not ready to be returned, nor could the apartment be checked to see if everything was OK to be able to return the deposit.The cleaning staff entered the apartment at 8:00 am and the scene was bleak, with 5 bags of rubbish (that you should have thrown away), the floor being vomited and the entire apartment in a deplorable state.We are waiting for you to send us the cost of the extra cleaning of your apartment in order to refund the deposit discounting this amount.Sincerely,APTS ROSANNA

Atención correcta. Pagamos para extender la estancia unas horas y nos dejaron estar un par de horas más a las añadidas. Al lado del mar, limpio y buena relación precio/calidad.

Went for the weekend. It is on the main strip so a little loud but you don’t stay on the strip if you don’t want to be quiet. Very clean and the staff are fab

Sehr schöne Apartments mit atemberaubender Aussicht! Aufgrund der super Lage ist man in 1 min am Strand aber auch Mitten im Zentrum. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen.

Incontestablement un appartement très bien placé. À deux pas de la mer est à moins de cinq minutes de marche du centre ville, des restaurants, des bars et des petits commerçants. Cet appartement pouvant accueillir 4 personnes offre de grands espaces et à 2 terrasses dont une avec une vue formidable sur la mer. Pour autant cet appartement (a 165€ / nuit en août) nécessite quelques travaux de rénovation car le wc fuit, certains meubles, volet et porte fenêtre sont cassés, le ballon d’eau chaude est tout juste suffisant pour 2 personnes... (dommage à ce prix). Malgré l’état général (que le propriétaire envisage de rénover) nous mettons en avant sont emplacement parfait.

Niezapomniane wrażenia! Polecam
Rewelacyjne miejsce i bardzo miła obsługa! Szczerze polecam każdemu, kto chce odpocząć w pierwszej linii brzegowej w Lloret de Mar w dobrych warunkach. Bardzo czysto i niezwykle przyjemnie. Jestem jak najbardziej na tak! Lokalizacja na plus nie tylko ze względu na bliskość morza, ale również odległość od portu lotniczego Girona oraz Barcelony. Jednym słowem SUPER!

Fidèles à Rosanna depuis des années.....
Rien à redire sur ces appartements : grands, très propres et équipements conformes au descriptif. Accueil et personnel au TOP ! Nous y allons depuis plusieurs années. Le souci vient en exclusivité des clients : Lloret est un endroit festif.... très festif.... les retours tardifs et alcoolisés dans la nuit sont bruyants !!! À l’inverse, l’avantage incontestable de Rosanna est sa localisation : directement en bord de plage !!!

Affordable but uncomfortable accommodation
Room wasn’t quite as pictured, very uncomfortable beds, but plenty of amenities in the kitchenette and very nice helpful owners. If you want a party holiday and don’t mind the noise then this would be good.

Ideal place for large group
We had 8 rooms to check in for but the friendly receptionist made this easy. She even returned all our passports to the individual rooms and was very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were ideal for what we needed, clean and equipped. We got sea view rooms which was worth the extra few euros each. The hotel is perfectly situated for getting around Lloret. You do experience some noise late on a night from people along the front but this would be expected at any seafront location. A pleasurable stay which was ideal for 30 people. Would use again. AMAZING Views on the Mediterranean Coast
They have no parking within two or three blocks but they do have amazing views. It's quite a party atmosphere, and the pool is quite small but being on the roof it has amazing views of the Mediterranean coastline and the city, inland. It can get full with three or four people in it, so overall not great if you plan to spend lots of times with your kids in the hotel, relaxing by the pool. That being said, the location and views are outstanding, the staff was helpful with tourist tips, the rooms were reasonably clean and did I mention the view? Holy moly. Our room had a kitchenette with a fridge, 2 hotplates, microwave and dishes, and an amazing view.

Clean apartment across one road from the beach.
A lovely stay, excellent location, host very friendly and efficient. I would definitely stay here again. The roof top pool was small, but that's not a problem as the sea is just across the road. Beautiful roof top views.

sympathische Apartements direkt beim Strand
Die Apartements sind eher klein aber sehr sauber. Gästebeigaben wie Handseife oder Shampoo sind nicht auf den Zimmern. Handtücher & Bettwäsche muss man an der Rezeption verlangen falls man neue benötigt. Das Personal ist sehr nett & hilfsbereit! Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt beim Strand und auch direkt im Zentrum.
