I love the location of the hotel. It is central to everything. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I cannot reccomend this hotel enough. The location is perfect. Literally around the corner from the tube and water embankments. Walking distance to Big Ben, westminster abby, the london eye. There is a beautiful park across the street that runs along the river thames. Convient stores, coffee shops, pubs, all around. The staff were absolutely wonderful. I asked for help about 3 times besides checkout/in. Everytime I had a different person, everyone was friendly, cheerful and prompt. Amazing! The gym had everything you need to get your workout done. A good variety of equipment. I went at all times of the day, it was always clean and not busy. The lounge with coffee machine for guests was great and the filtered water system they have for the guests is also fantastic. No having to buy countless bottles at the shops. The laundry!!!! So happy they have this! Wash your own clothes, dont need to pay or buy detergent. When your on a 2 week trip with 1 suitcase for 2 people, yeah! So appreciative and thankful for the laundry. The room was a good size. Cleaning staff was very friendly and did an excellent job. My only comment here is that the bed in 427 was a bit uncomfortable, a bit too soft and very squeaky. We did eat at the pizza place attached to the hotel, it was very good. If we ever come thru london again, I will definetly book here!

Amazing stay…the hotel is lovely with comfy beds and outstanding customer service. The area is right in the middle of everything, whether you want to walk to Westminster Abby or hop on the Tube or a Train out of the city, it’s all right there. Great stay, we will certainly be back!

The front entrance is beautiful, very beautiful decorated and kept clean. Thw rest of the main facilities are also great and cleanly kept. All is very secured and no random people can walk in. We left our luggage secured with them due to being too early for check in.

Didn't stay... had to cancel because of doctor noted injury and yet the hotel refused my more than $700.00 refund. I will bever recommend this hotel or expedia to anyone.

EXCELLENT location. Close to 2 Tubes (subways) Big Ben, The London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Westminester Abbey..all these places we walked to. 24hr hot chocolate and coffee area...my son loved the complementary hot chocolate. This is the Hotel to stay if your first time in London.

A beautiful hotel less than 50m from Trafalgar sqr! The staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the street.

This hotel location is fabulous . We arrived too early for check in but the staff were very accommodating , we went into the lounge for a coffee before we started exploring . We were within walking distance to The Eye , Big. Ben and much more . The hotel room was clean and spacious . No complaints at all
