Very nice hotel in a good location and with good service. Everything you would expect! We had a very nice and spacious room. One small downside was only the very loud air conditioning/heating. Overall highly recommended for those who like a bit of comfort, luxury and good service and want to explore London from its central location on foot or via the underground.

Een prachtig hotel, waar bij binnenkomst een heerlijke frisse geur hangt met zeer vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer, lekkere bedden, goed ontbijt, prachtige hal. Op de kamer gratis water, cola, koffie, warme chocomel, thee en versnaperingen tot je beschikking, welke iedere dag werden bijgevuld. Bussen stoppen voor de deur en het metro-/treinstation is letterlijk om de hoek.

The moment we stepped inside me and my brother got a bit nervous. Uh-oh, we thought. This place looks fancy, and we....very obviously did not. I seriously thought we had the wrong hotel. Luckily the man attending thje desk immediately put us at ease. We must have looked totally lost because he took the time to explain everything to us and even took the time to explain the underground for us, complete with directions, in case we needed it. For our first time traveling abroad without the parents this was incredibly lovely. The beds were nice and soft and I gladly would have spend the day in bed there. Even when we headed out a bit late, like noon, when we came back the beds were made. The refreshments in the minibar turned out to be free and with all the walking we did in London they were a godsend. Super helpfull staff, good service and very nice rooms. The layout is a bit confusing to get to the rooms but the man at the desk explained things so well this was a non-issue. More a 'this is an interestingly weird layout' kind of thing. This hotel is definitely a good suggestion to anyone staying in London.

Stayed for a week for the London Marathon. The location is perfect to access everything in the area as well as day tours out of the city. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Slept soundly each night and did not hear a thing from any neighbors. My only complaint is that given the price point and 4 star rating, a few additional toiletries should have been included (e.g., lotion, make up remover, q-tips, etc).

First of all, the hotel had the most beautiful lobby ever! The rooms were nice, with great bathtubs and good beds, but were on the small side (which is often the case in Europe). The location was excellent and so convenient, although it was quite congested. The associated restaurant, The Soak, was very good, too, especially waiters Joban and Alfred.

Spectacular lobby--incredibly elegant and beautiful. Rooms were on the small side (typical of Europe), but otherwise very nice; great (and deep) bathtubs and good king-sized beds. The attached restaurant was excellent, too. Special praise to: Jeban and Alfred (waiters) and Fawzia (the hostess) at The Saok. Igerta and Paddy were especially nice and helpful at reception.

The Clermont was such a beautiful hotel from the moment you walk in and all the way to the room. The staff were amazing and David was super accommodating (Thank you so much!). The morning breakfast provided such a great variety and was really good. The hotel is right where Victoria Station is which made it very convenient to the Underground train system to carry you to different destinations or to another station to catch another train as needed. Overall, I loved this hotel and will be back in the near future.

Hotel is Beautiful. Service is good. The location is práctical for transport close to Victoria Station. Área feels unsafe through no fault of the hôtel. Unsavoury characters hang around the station. Witnessed a shoplifting crime on our first night.

This is a lovely hotel. I was a little concerned about the safety of the neighborhood because it is so close to bus station, but I did not feel unsafe at all walking around. The staff went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue. And it was soooo quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfectly located for walking to Big Ben and the London Eye. Also a 2 min walk to Victoria Station which made underground transportation a breeze. Will definitely choose to stay here next time in London

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were so helpful; they had a menu of different types of pillows you could try! It is close to all the main tourist attractions and if you can get the hang of the tube it’s even closer! The bonus was the fridge was stocked for free use. The rain shower showerhead was such an indulgence!

Being an the bus hub and shopping center made meeting tour buses simple and shopping readily available. Also the on site restaurant was great.

Great location with friendly staff. We received welcome gifts in our room and complementary mini bar in room that is refilled daily. Room is clean with plenty charging ports. We stayed for 9 days on family trip, it’s right next to Victoria station so super easy with lots transportation choices. Restaurant onsite was trendy with awesome drink menu, no need to go far. Lots dining options near by as well. We booked early so our package also included complementary English breakfast, great spread. Same menu daily but you can pick different things, for those coffee or tea lover. They have espresso machines and drip coffee options. Tea pot provided with lots tea options…totally save you some money from having to go eat out in the morning. Highly recommend!

Paddy was awesome on helping us get settled in and was very thoughtful making my daughter’s 16th birthday extra special. He also gave us a list of things to do during our stay. Thank you Paddy for everything!

Positiv: Freundliches Personal. Großes Zimmer. Sauber. Neutral: Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok. Man wird satt, aber qualitativ nichts Besonderes. Wir würden in Zukunft ohne Frühstück buchen und lieber in einem Café etwas essen. Es gibt genug Möglichkeiten in der Nähe und generell unterwegs. Die Lage ist gut, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, Tube um die Ecke. Dadurch aber eben auch alles recht hektisch, sobald man aus dem Hotel kommt. Negativ: Hotel und insbesondere die Zimmer sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung. Der Teppich im Zimmer ebenso.

We stayed over Spring break of 2024. The staff was amazingly helpful, starting from the doorman who helped with our luggage, to the check-in desk staff. Both check in and out took no more than 10 minutes. They happily held our luggage both after check in and check out. The location is wonderfully close to many attractions! Clermont is also directly connected to the Victoria station. LEON (fast food) and Sainsbury's (grocery store) is just 3 minutes walk away!!! We grabbed water, fruits, sandwiches and paper plates from Sainsbury's. Our room was on the 100s level, but pin-drop silence at all hours of the day!!! Super clean room with an amazing bathroom which included a HEATED towel rack and mirror (no fogging after shower). The hand soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles are quick large and were refilled every day. The best part was the mini fridge with complementary drinks that was also refilled EVERY DAY!!!! They give you scotch, gin, red and white wine, tonic water, 2 bottles of water, can of regular and diet coke, chips, bag of popcorn, and a big Cadbury bar. They also give you coffee and tea with makers. The breakfast is not included, but I highly recommend it. "The Soak" restaurant was great. We did their tea experience and LOVED it!!! Overall, it was an amazing experience for us.
