Wonderful hotel, friendly staff

We stayed for three nights and the experience was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The interior of the hotel is luxurious and very nice. Room was high quality in all aspects. Bed perhaps a bit soft. We ate once in the restaurant Nahm which was good. Here the staff was correct but a bit formal. All in all a wonderful stay and we definitely will return here!

This is a lovely boutique hotel with enormous rooms, particularly for London. They are beautifully decorated and the yoga mats in every room are very high quality. The hotel is well-located for getting places in London -- a quick walk to the Tube and many buses nearby, too. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only complaint is that in other similar hotels, we have had more staff available and it was a bit more personal. All the staff that we did see were very nice, though. Overall, we would stay there again.

Excellent location, ALL staff super friendly and efficient, including concierge, no problem booking taxis, front desk so helpful, waitress outstanding and incredibly good breakfast, rooms lovely but couldn’t completely suss the lights (complicated - minor negative for us). Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Very nice hotel in a very nice part of London. Renovations meant not all food services were available at the time of my stay.
