Mooi, pas gerenoveerd hotel. Kamers zijn zeer netjes, bedden uitstekend. Nespresso koffie op de kamer, minibar gratis, heel goede WiFi en Internet op de kamer. Zeer goede geluidisolatie door driedubbel glas, mooie verduisterende gordijnen. Ontbijt meeboeken, want 1 item a la carte inclusief + buffet. A la carte items zijn zeer goed. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, hulpvaardig.

Early check in requested and provided by the hotel which was nice. Free minibar facility was welcome. WiFi quality was poor, should be a lot better. Lobby space was tight. No restrooms in the lobby as some reconstruction going on. Location of the hotel was excellent and made our stay very productive.

This is a beautiful hotel and the rooftop restaurant as well worth it! There are amazing views of the city, and the London eye. When we first got there, our shower did not drain so I went and talked to Kola and Srikanth and they took care of us immediately and upgraded our room. I will stay here again and again
The hotel i thought it was open a year ago or months ago until i asked the staff and i think they said 5 years or so ..... thats how clean and amazing the hotel was. From the room to the location to the bed sheets to absloute quitness this hotel is really perfect and clean kn every single way and i didnt expect that. Hotel staff was ok it was 2.45 pm approx and they wanted me to wait till 3 pm to get my room . Which was ridiclious however after insisting they helped and i got a room upgrade because my room category wasnt ready. That was the only issue i faced

Great location but not quite worth the extra $
The main downfall would be that there really is not a lobby area. Many other hotels at this price point have grand lobbies that lend to majesty that is London. Being with my son, I was asked if I wanted to upgrade from our King room to a dbl (and supposedly larger) 100 £ ….I should have asked to see the difference in the rooms as I do not feel that the charge was worth the cost. Let me be clear, the checkin agent made it sound as though it was a total of 100 but upon checkout, I found it was 100/nt….for this additional charge, we could have stayed a bit grander hotel. Keep in mind that as American, you must add the 23% xchg rate so the cost was closer to $125/nt (for six night). Again, I know that I should have confirmed. Being Hilton Gold, I do understand how this works. The room, though very spacious by European standards for sure, was not much (if at all) larger than the larger King room I had booked. And, the bathroom was not large at all….no counter space and the vanity was so short, I was constantly slumping down (I am only 5’5”), so this would have been less than ideal for a family (this sleeps 4). The walk in shower was incredibly small and I found my body touching the wall, again, I am 5’5 and I weigh 106 pounds, but my very tall (and husky) son, was more than cramped! We had breakfast daily, and it was exceptional! Toiletries are Molton Brown and are fantastic! Coffee/tea/soft drinks, water complimentary in room. Clean, great a/c, hairdryer. Xclnt location.

Great staff, great location. Highly recommended.
The hotel is amazingly located. Easy access to public transportation and walking distance from all major attractions. I would like to point the concierge TONY who was very helpful and non stop smiling. And especially RENATA the house keeping of our floor. She was absolutely outstanding with service based approach and did a great job keeping our room clean and fresh.
