Verborgen baai / strandparadijs

Kom en ontdek deze Hidden Beach / Bay 4 Bedroom Gem en geniet van alle voorzieningen in uw thuis weg van huis. Voed uw eetlust buiten en geniet van het mooie weer in deze prachtig verzorgde tropische oase. Dit ruime terrein is gelegen op 1. 8 hectare grond dat ook beschikt over een eigen, full-size, omheinde tennisbaan. Voor de watersporters, geniet van het aanmeren van uw boot / jacht in uw eigen diepwaterdok in de achtertuin.

Dit 4000 vierkante voet huis is perfect voor het ontvangen en ontvangen van al uw vrienden en familie. Dit huis biedt vier grote slaapkamers en drie en een half badkamers. Op de begane grond bevinden zich drie slaapkamers; waarvan een met een eigen badkamer. De extra grote master suite, die zich op de bovenste verdieping bevindt, beschikt over zijn en haar inloopkasten, een eigen badkamer met bubbelbad, grote inloopdouche met meerdere sproeikoppen, zijn en haar wastafels en wastafels en privé toilet met bidet. De hoofdslaapkamer beschikt ook over een zit- / leeshoek met een prachtig uitzicht op de baai en de interkusten.

De formele eetkamer heeft een eettafel voor acht personen met vrij uitzicht op de baai en de interkusten. De volledig gevulde, grote Chef-keuken, gebouwd voor entertainment, wordt geleverd met: een Viking-gasfornuis met zes branders, een platte bovengrill, twee ovens en een vulkraan voor potten. Deze eetkeuken is ook voorzien van granieten werkbladen, met twee vaatwassers, een grote Sub-Zero vriezer / koelkast ijsmaker met een tweede onder de aanrecht Sub-Zero koelkast en een marmeren tafel met vier zitplaatsen. Deze keuken heeft ook een dubbelzijdige houtgestookte open haard met een flatscreen-tv bovenop de schoorsteenmantel.

De ruime woonkamer biedt vrij uitzicht op de baai en de interkusten. Deze kamer is prachtig ingericht en beschikt ook over een open haard voor die koele nachten met een aan de muur gemonteerde flatscreen-tv. De woonkamer, evenals de woonkeuken, hebben verdwenen schuifdeuren die leiden naar het omheinde terras en het privézwembad.

Wonderful Longboat Key vacation home

Our family had a fabulous time at this beautiful vacation home. The pool was delightful, the gourmet kitchen was out of this world, the tennis court was a treat, and all the rooms were clean, organized and inviting. The location on LBI was great, as the beach was a short walk away. The house was well equipped with whatever one might need to have a comfortable stay. We Hope to be able to come back next year.

Beautiful home in a great area

My family had such a great time staying at this home. We had our dog with us as well. The beach is a pretty short walk, with no one at it when we went. The kitchen was beautiful and we definitely enjoyed cooking in it. We look forward to staying here again!

Longboat Key - best location!

Amazing property, location and best beach in surrounding area. Wonderful vacation with my family and I. Fully stocked home ( expect to buy your own everyday amenities), with great sunrise view from Master bedroom, good fishing from the dockside and excellent pickle ball court. Really nice private beach for neighborhood just 7min walk away. We would most definitely return!!

Family vacation

Overall a beautiful property and will consider coming back again! The house was very comfortable for the entire family. All the bathrooms had showers, the bedrooms were ample, the dining room accommodated all of us at once, the kitchen was large and the pool was beautiful. The company taking care of the property was also excellent and very responsive. We had a problem connecting to the internet, and it was resolved in a day. I would recommend this property for family get-togethers. It was a lovely stay!

2024 Longboat Key Vacation

We were thrilled with our stay. The property was exactly as pictured and the home accommodated our family perfectly! We love to cook, and the kitchen was our hang-out spot. We loved having the covered pool and access to fishing at the dock. Temperatures were very hot while we were there so our pickle ball games were limited to early in the morning, but it was so nice to have the court available. Close to supermarkets and lots of restaurants. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Spent a week with family at this vacation home. The house was very spacious and clean and an easy walkable distance from the beach. We also enjoyed the outdoor space, mostly the pool. Very close to restaurants and the grocery store which made for a laid back and relaxing week!

It was so nice to have access to the bay from the property. We were easily able to use our paddle boards every day from the jet ski platform. We also enjoyed bike riding, pickelball, and walks to the beach. Carlos was wonderful with communication and even provided a crib for our granddaughter. I highly recommend this property.

What an excellent place to relax! The house and property were exactly as pictured. We made the short walk to the beach several times, played both tennis and pickleball ( all supplies were in the garage), and the teens enjoyed the pool. You definitely need a car to get around. The house was very clean and comfortable. What a great place! The only problem we had was the front lights wouldn’t turn on at night. We used the flashlights on our phones but I managed to trip and fall where the walkway curves.

Great home in great location

This is a beautiful property with plenty of space for us 6 adults and one infant. The lock I back was a great fishing spot and we enjoyed the pool and tennis/pickleball court on several occasions. I recommend checking everything when you arrive. We didn't confirm that things were available and operational until we actually wanted to use them. If something was missing or had a problem, we then had to wait for it to be addressed. The owner was great about addressing everything (!) but, ideally, we would have checked everything day 1. Carlos is friendly, professional, and very responsive.

This is our third stay at this property and I have already booked for next year. The house has everything: beach, lake, pool and a wonderful kitchen. It also has pretty good restaurants near by and you can rent a boat, jet skis, etc in a place near by. The owner is very responsive and always attentive to our needs.

We were very pleased with every aspect of the property. The home was clean, spacious for a family with kids, and comfortable. The pool was a great size and the temperature of the water was perfect! Beach access was a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again in the future. I have stayed in many VRBO properties and this was by far the best. The home exceeded my expectations. The pictures of the property are 100% accurate. It was the perfect getaway for our family of 6. This location is spectacular! Carlos was super helpful when we had a few minor issues! Already booked for next year!!! Only note: prearrange if you are bringing a boat. My fault for not communicating we we renting one and there is a resident boat there.
