Friendly and attentive staff and a stellar location in central downtown Pasadena. Rooftop pool and fitness center are fantastic (and 24hours!), and would benefit from functioning spa. Breakfasts were served up with care and attention to detail. I look forward to our next stay.

The hotel restaurant Ventanas has nice outdoor dining. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was super friendly. The adjoining courtyard with a nice fountain, old church and the Civic Center was nice to walk around after dinner. There’s also a few restaurants there if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Room was clean and spacious, the staff were helpful and friendly. We only paid $17 for overnight parking in the adjoining underground parking structure with hotel validation. The large fitness center was great and it had a nice pool area. We would stay here again.
