Ontbijtruimte was veel te klein en totaal niet gezellig. Keuze bij het ontbijt was wel goed.
Het aantal liften (3) voor een gebouw van 19 verdiepingen (wij sliepen op de zestiende verdieping) was totaal onvoldoende en resulteerde in constant wachten op de liften. Mensen lopen in zwemkledij in de lobby en niemand zei daar iets van...
Kamer was heel goed (wij hadden een luxe suite) maar de rest van het hotel voldeed niet echt aan de norm.
