I reserved a non smoking room but the smell of smoke was so heavy in the room. The table had not been wiped down and there was a piece of bar soap that was not the hotels that was left in the shower leaving me to believe it hadn’t been cleaned. I found ashes on the side of the air conditioner which mean ppl had been smoking and that housekeepers didn’t clean the room

Shemika I apologize that your room was not up to your expectations! We are a smoke free property, unfortunately we have guest that do not honor the No Smoking Rule. Please know we try to enforce this rule. Again I do apologize !

The room was not clean. The chairs for the dining table were so dirty. The tv looked like it was going fall. The floors were at an angle. One of the windows was cracked opened and would not close.

Breakfast was disappointing however the room was very nice and the bed was comfortable.
