Cama muy confortable, sábanas y toallas estupendas , falta de complementos esenciales, algún sobrecama, bolsa ropa sucia, zapatillas básicas por si olvidos….

The room temperature was at 18C degrees. a poster of the mandatory reduction on the temperature was posted in the elevators, we have stayed in other hotels in Madrid the last 3 months (2 other), never seen the guest have to suffer cold as in this place, is a misfortune, as the hotel was nice for our purpose we need it.

Reception staff very friendly. Restaurant was closed because of Easter weekend and there wasn’t really nothing else close by.

Lovely hotel and lovely staff. Rooms were basic but had what was needed for a weekend city break. The hotel was a way out. Cheaper option of €1.50 per trip was a 45 min bus trip into the city which was picked up right outside the hotel and dropped off round the corner. Uber was only 20 mins if that and was around €14. Quiet area with a few cafes and restaurants dotted around but you did need to go into the city further for more of an atmosphere. Only downfall was there wasn’t any water or tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Could have also benefited from having the mini bar fridge stocked. Ideal for us as we were first timers to Madrid and was nice to get away from the hustle and the bustle. Great value as well.

Wonderful stay for my family! The staff provided an upgrade to our original room which was very nice. The room itself was very nice, clean and cozy. Also about 10 minutes walk to the Metro so convenient as well. Would stay here again!
