Dear Glaucia,Thanks' for take your time leaving us a review.We appreciate your comments about our property.Service has the same protocol and has not change, we don't understand what you refer exactly.Near our property we have some road works, maybe that's what you refer, but we can't do anything about, and the building is in the same conditions as in the last years.The refil of the shampoo, gel, and other amenities and toiletries has an extra cost, we give the first ones as courtesy but the rest has an extra cost as we are apartments not a hotel.Kind regards
