Prachtig hotel. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, vooral bij de receptie. Prima ontbijt en de kamers zijn niet echt groot, maar zeer functioneel ingericht. Uitstekend hotel voor een stedentrip.

Alles was prima in orde. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, vooral bij de receptie. Prima ontbijt en de kamers zijn niet echt groot maar zeer functioneel ingericht. Perfecte ligging voor een stedentrip.

Geweldig vriendelijk personeel zowel bij receptie als bij ontbijt. Gezellig en superfijn thuis gevoel weten ze goed creëeren. Niks is onmogelijk , en graag leggen ze alles aan je uit...desnoods meerdere keren. Ontbijt erg lekker en genoeg keuze voor de variatie. Wij komen zeker terug! 💃💋

Fantastisch hotel! Ontvangst en personeel zijn zeer vriendelijk en zorgen ervoor dat je tijdens je gehele verblijf in de watten wordt gelegd. Qua design is het hotel fantastisch ingericht, zoveel leuke ruimtes om te ontdekken en een erg gezellige bar/restaurant. Ik zou hier zeker weer terugkomen, mocht ik weer in Madrid zijn. Hygiëne op de kamer was ook prima.

Genieten, genieten, genieten!
Tophotel op wandelafstand van alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden. Onberispelijke service en supervriendelijk. Een hemels en bijzonder uitgebreid ontbijt, met keuze uit verschillende type-ontbijten (gezond, vegetarisch, energiek of snel ontbijt) voor elk wat wils. De nette kamers zijn ruim en karakteristiek ingericht. Een lekkere matras zorgt voor een zalige nachtrust. Hier heb je constant het "relax, your on holiday" gevoel.

After a rocky start (toilet didn’t flush) we were moved to nicer room, treated to excellent dinner (Francisco was super) and offered very late check-out, as we had a night flight. First class place. Lovely decor. Breakfast outstanding. Nice recovery, staff!

Property and hotel was fantastic. Room was very comfy and relaxing. If you are looking for a hotel to practice spanish, or where you want to travel to Spain but continue to use english, you can easily do that in this hotel.

We adored this hotel! It’s breathtakingly beautiful, the staff were all so lovely and accommodating, the food was amazing, and there were a ton of thoughtful touches that made you feel right at home throughout the hotel. Cannot recommend this spot enough. Definitely a must for Madrid!
