Druk hotel met onpersoonlijke uitstraling
Geen uitleg aanwezig over hoe de lift werkt, over hoe het licht in de kamers werkt, geen duidelijke informatie over het hotel zelf en als je schoon beddengoed wilt moet je dat te kennen geven, geef je te kennen dat je geen schoon goed hoeft, alleen dan krijg je een vijf euro korting, omgekeerde wereld, tevens vind ik dat de klant niet aan de Eco- hoeft te doen maar het Hotel zelf.....

Prachtig hotel dichtbij alle belangrijke locaties.
Prachtig hotel, goed gesitueerd en vriendelijk en deskundig hotel. Alleen de prijzen van een ontbijt (EUR 37,50 p.p.) zijn buitensporig hoog.

It was impossible for me to figure out how to use the phone in the room. I was disconnected three time trying to contact the hotel operator. I finally gave up! Also I had to ask for coffee cups to be brought to the room twice during my stay so I could use the in room coffee machine. The staff took the used cups and didn’t replace them.

CUIDADO! Calle siempre cerrada
El hotel es maravilloso pero lo que antes era una ventaja se ha convertido en algo negativo y me duele decirlo, la ubicación. Siempre cierran las calles porque la gente de madrid sale a manifestarse, a protestar, a correr en un marathon a lo que sea, el caso es que cierran la calle y no llegan los taxis. La gente de servicio de afuera de mal humor te tratan en tono de enfado y la policía que cierra las calles te trata peor. Una lástima porque en verdad amaba este hotel, pero así es imposible disfrutar la estancia.

One the the BEST hotels in the world!!
To paraphrase the old Rodney Dangerfield joke; when you look up a 5 star hotel in the dictionary you get a picture of the Westin Palace. This is the very definition of 5 stars, it is perfection brought to life. Our second stay here, and we were thrilled to be back. Gorgeous rooms, amazing location (10 minute walk to the Prado), the GOLD standard of breakfast buffets. Fantastic concierge service, always helpful finding great dinner reservations OR dine under the rotunda at the hotel restaurant, which is wonderful

El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba adecuadamente y se sentía demasiado calor, las almohadas olían mal, solicitamos el cambio, nos lo hicieron y estaban igual de malolientes. Las toallas de baño viejas y malolientes. El hospedaje es baste alto con relación a sus instalaciones.
