OUR 4-BEDROOM VILLA

Our slice of heaven is a Four Bedroom fully air conditioned Cliff hanger Villa that sleeps 8 comfortably. The Villa is nestled into the mountainside of Seychelles with just a 20-minute drive to the airport and 10 to 15 minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Seychelles.

WHERE ARE THE CLIFFHANGER VILLAS LOCATED?

Your Cliff Hanger villa is very centrally located. We are in the mountains above Eden Island. We are not on Eden island.

We are 20 minutes from the airport.
We are 10 minutes from Eden island.
We are 15 minutes from the city centre Victoria.
We are 10 to 15 minutes to the nearest beach in either direction.
We are 10 minutes away from the most beautiful hiking trails.

The Villa has all the luxuries of a hotel, with the convenience of self-catering and at the best prices you’ll find in Seychelles. The villa even has a private pool. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms each complete with its own super-cold air-conditioning units.

Let me introduce you to where you will be staying in Paradise….

As you approach the Villa you will have parking available in a secured compound with 24-hour security.

As you enter each of your Villas, on the ground floor you will find the super Lounge, with a Dining area and full kitchen. The super Lounge extends out onto a private terrace overlooking your private pool. There are stairs leading down to our pool room which is also a double bedroom with en-suite that looks out over the private pool or up to the other 3 bedrooms.

The dining room is conveniently located adjacent to the sleek and fully fitted kitchen, containing some of the top-of-the-range appliances. The intense natural beauty of the granitic mountains of Mahe as well as the luscious tropical vegetation; the likes of which hosts the perfect spot for the expansive patio which is perfect for drinks.

THE * BEDROOMS *

The first floor features three extremely spacious, well-air-conditioned rooms, one of which is the master bedroom which boasts a king-sized bed with plush bedding for the most luxurious of rests. The beautiful en-suite bathroom contains all one could need, complete with a shower, twin vanity, separate toilet, and bidet. The Master bedroom has its own covered terrace, so spacious it easily fits a table and 2 chairs absolutely perfect for that afternoon cocktail, reading a good book, or just a spot to meditate on the absolute beauty of paradise.

The second bedroom with its double bed features an en-suite bathroom much like that of the master bedroom; fitted with a shower, single vanity, and separate toilet.

The third bedroom upstairs has a king sized bed and has an en-suite bathroom as well.

Going downstairs you will find the Pool Room. The Pool bedroom has two single beds and also an in-suite bathroom as well. It’s the perfect room for guests who want to be always by the pool!

PRIVATE POOL!

Your Villa has its own Private Pool and this is exclusively just for your villa. It is ideal for that morning dip before you head off to explore the beautiful beaches in Seychelles. Guests also love enjoying the pool throughout the day and is perfect for evening cocktails.

Complete with all these incredible aspects, The Cliff Hanger villa is absolutely essential for the perfect stay in paradise. We provide Internet as an additional service, not included in your nightly payment but as a free amenity.

Vacations should be hassle-free so we assist guests with any special requests such as taxi transfers, car hire, etc. and we will assist!
We do suggest that guests rent a car from a licensed car hire company to easily get around to visit all the beautiful parts of Seychelles. We offer free and secure parking at the villa at no charge for up to 4 cars per booking.

MINIMUM STAYS REQUIRED

We have a minimum stay of 3 nights at the Villa throughout the year. Occasionally we will consider 2 nights if we have a booking before and after. However, during the holiday times, the following minimum stays apply;

Easter - Minimum 7 Nights
Christmas - Minimum 7 Nights
New Year - Minimum 7 Nights
Christmas and New Year Combined - Minimum 10 Nights

If you stay with us for 5 nights or longer you will receive our biggest “long stay” discounts.

FREE ELECTRIC CARS FOR OUR GUESTS!

We offer free onsite parking and we do recommend hiring a car so that you can explore the beautiful Island. We have a fleet of new 2022 Fiat 500E fully electric cars that are available exclusively for our guests. Save on expensive fuel costs and travel around Seychelles the green way! We just charge a flat rate towards maintenance & electric charging which is just €35 per day. Cars must be booked for the entire duration of your stay. Cars are available on a first-booked basis and we do suggest you book your car at the time of making your reservation to avoid disappointment.

Cliffhanger Villas has 6 identical villas, all identical in terms of size and layout. However, the furniture and views of each villa may differ slightly between each villa.

A little piece of paradise found in Seychelles! We had a wonderful stay, although very short, and all the staff looked after us so well!

The property was as described. It was spacious with enough room for everyone. Each bedroom had an en suite which was convenient. The pool was a good size and allowed us to get relief from the heat. It was well maintained. Someone was there upon our arrival to greet us and show us around. The electric car rental was a great plus. It made things so convenient moving around the island. It was also appreciated that the owners worked with us when the airline changed our flight by a whole day. They were able to accommodate this change. It would be nice to provide tourist guides or maps. Since it is away from the touristy areas, we needed to find grocery, restaurants and things which I'm sure a list of recommendations would have eased this process. The property seems a bit older and some things were out of date. For example, Jhon was nice enough to bring us a coffee maker, however, there was old moldy coffee inside. The kitchen was not as equipped as was needed to be totally self-catering. Should add some more cooking utensils, pots and pans. Some things just seemed as if they had been sitting for a while and needed refreshing. It was nice to have the laundry facility, however, whenever we went out the property manager would use it and then we would have to wait to use it which could sometimes take a while. Overall, I would come back. It was a lovely place. Quiet and convenient. It was perfect for our family with children. I would recommend it to other family and friends.
