Erg prettig hotel. Arico was aanwezig en die was ook zeker nodig. Kamer bleef lekker koel. Badkamer leek wel een balzaal zo groot, fijne douche. Locatie is top! Ontbijt niet erbij genomen, vind dat altijd erg prijzig en je eet het geld er nooit uit. 1 nadeel: je hoort het geluid van buiten erg goed. Gelukkig werd dit na 12.00 pm minder.

Check in was fast and efficient. Room was really clean. Room 518. Small but thats ok. Heathing/air con very noisy, had to turn off after 20 minutes. Then you could just hear the huge air vent outside. Went on most of night bar about 4 hours. View was awful of other parts of building but hardly in the room so ok. Towels lovely and clean, as was bathroom but one of the shower dispensers has fallen off the wall and left on floor, no big deal. I wouldn't avoid staying again but would avoid rooms around 518 due to vent noise

Staff on arrival gave no information at all other than where the lifts were. Nothing about food, breakfast, check out times etc etc Room was very noisy. It's ok if you travel a lot and don't be that much in the hotel. So just for sleeping and a short trip it's a good hotel. Great located in the centre. The bedroom haven't been cleaned so we had to ask for the housekeeping to clean it.. after that it was clean. The bed is probably as hard as the ground, so we couldn't sleep well. Moreover, it is very loud (probably the heating/AC from neighbour bedrooms..) I would not recommend it to people who stay for more than 2 days.. otherwise for short stays it's a convenient hotel next to several shopping malls.

Hotel isnt the best, although location is a prime. We couldnt sleep. This was due to the thin walls, not matter how much we tried, we could always hear the room next door to us. We could hear them talking, showering. To the point we just left at about 4am. We did go down at one point but there was noone to be found though this was at 1am..

The 'Rooms from 45 pounds' sign grates a bit when you are paying more than three times that much. My room was clean, but very hot. The staff said that they could not do anything about it because the heating was centrally controlled but offered me a fan! I had the interesting experience of sleeping in Manchester in December and needing to have the window wide open! In the morning, I found that the shower did not work so used the bath instead. I've seen other reviews saying that the staff are unfriendly - that was NOT my experience: I find them professional and friendly, but as with the two instances above, not a lot they could do about the problems. In short, if you can find an alternative, go for that.

Great place to stay
Stayed here on several occasions in the past so knew that we weren't going to be disappointed. Breakfast has improved as they now have both hot and cold buffet.

Bad Night Sleep.
Beds were hard. Pillows were terrible. Worse.night sleep ever. Walls were thin. Very thin. You could hear the conversation in the next room. Thought it may have juat been our room but met a couple in the lift whilst checking out and they were moaning about exactly the same. Asked for extra coffee and milk satchets for the morning and was told no. Only good thing was the shower

We do apologise to hear about your experiences you encountered during your stay. Also, we do provide coffee and milk sachets upon request however, there is a set limit during the time of being given therefore, unsure why you was told no.
