Hello Refiloe Joseph Matia,Thank you very much for your review. And taking the time to write.. we are family business. we take pride in our place and pride in looking after our customers.Our hotel is open on 2012, so it's just a new hotel and never closed and We take care of our Ryad every quarter by redoing the painting and technical repairs as well as gardening!My question for you, how do you evaluate a hotel establishment by spending just one night (You arrived very late at night and left early in the morning)I understand that your comment is very inappropriate or you are just being pushed by one of our competitors It’s really very shameful !!!

complicada llegada

Al llegar al Ryad, no indicaon que nos cambiaran a otro Ryad por que no teninan la reservacion para las 4 habitaciones , que ya nos la habian cambiado hace unos dias y nos enviarn a otro tipo sucrusal de ellos, medio escondido y dificil , pero nos trataron bien en ese nuevo , aunque un poco enredado para llegar con nuestras maletas

Dear Azaam, We are really surprised by your comment, because you have booked one night with your Moroccan family (as we were fully booked ) and we talked with your wife for a while and she was very happy and satisfied with our services, even she took our phone number to make a reservation in the next few months ... thank you for contacting us to clarify more what you did not like during the only night you spent with us !!!!

I booked two rooms for this property, however on arrival were were told that there was only one room available. The host offered to find a room in another riad, however as we were in a hurry to get out and explore (we had less than 24 hours to see the sights) we didn't argue and instead just took the one room shared (but for the price of the two rooms). I can see from other reviews that this has happened before at this property. I would suggest Hotels.com follow this up and sort out immediately as it is not really acceptable to sell rooms that you don't have. This was very disappointing. Aside from that, the facilities were all good in the property, nothing negative to say about that.

Dear guest, thank you for your review and kindly inform that this kind of overbook happend sometimes for last minute booking for one night like yours...we had 2 rooms available and it's booked for 2 different agencies on the same time. And like you have only reserved one night we did propose to you one junior suite for 3 persons or to stay in an other similar riad but you accepted to have a junior suite that cost the same price for 2 singles rooms Best regards

La ubicación no es demasiado buena pero el trato totalmente familiar. Realmente uno se encuentra con un casa Todo el personal muy amable y con ganas de agradar en todo momento.

A circa 15min a piedi dalla piazza principale,i taxi riescono ad arrivare a prenderti a circa 100mt dalla struttura. Colazione tipica e abbondante, possibilità di mangiare anche i pasti su prenotazione. Unico problema è stato il pagamento, accettano dirham/euro ma non carte di credito.

Beau cadre, propre, personnel sympathique. Petit déjeuner bof (jus d’orange industriel, plats du soir bof, etc.) Localisation vraiment bof. Coin pas très sure...

Deceitful hosts. We arrived at the Riad and with very little welcome. Tattered furnishing dusty tables, no hand soap towel or tissue in lobby bathroom. We were told that we will Be staying at another riad for one night ‘riad coloures du sud Marrakech. The assistant lady told us we were double booked and someone else is staying in our room and that we will have it the next day while having to stay at another riad. As this was not communicated with us prior and we did not feel we will be settled having to move again after our first night and only having such a short trip that we asked to be refunded so we can stay elsewhere. They refused and we were told To contact Expedia. We did. We explained the situation that our room Was double Booked and we are being asked to stay elsewhere at a place we have little information. Expedia’s assistant Mikal called the Riads manager Adil and Adil told Expedia that renovations were being done on the room and that is the reason. And no refunds will be given. This is now two different stories about what’s happening with our room. 1. A double booking 2. Renovations Expedia also told us that no one else is checked into the hotel but we saw the occupants and even took pictures. So the Riad is taking guest that Expedia does not know about. We asked to see the room and it’s renovations and they refused us. Very deceitful hosts, at our expense we booked another hotel after trying to sort the situation out for 2hours

we are sorry that can we not receive you due a thechnical problem inside your room!!! We paid for you one room for one night and asked you just to spend few hours in order to solve the problem inside your room, but you didn't accept and left the Ryad AMIRAN after a few minites to join some one on the new city?????? Regards
