Bad reservation system : BOTH our separate bookings were made past midnight (my collegue and myself) and after confirmation, it appeared BOTH were booked for the following night. At the front desk, we had to buy our nights again, and no refund were given by the hotel for the ones we lost.
It was pretty clear we were not responsible for this post-midnight booking mess. But the hotel redused

Honestly, we book at least 70 to 100 nights per year on hotel.com . This never happen, and obviously the issue could have been solved differently by both hotels.com, and the Savoy hotel, which i would have expected a way better service and compensation,

Otherwise, rooms are ok. Breakfast is great. Problem solving reaction from desk and booking team: as bad as it can be.
