Wonderful hotel with very friendly staff
Resort is located right at the sea and has a huge jetty you can walk on. There are 2 quiet beaches like little private bays and a huge one with parasols, chaisse longues and bar. Garden is large and really beautiful. Buffet is more than fine, anyone can find something to their liking: enough variety. Had a fantastic room with seaview and palm trees in front of it. Good hygienic measures re Corona all over the resort. Very friendly an helpful staff ensuring a relaxing stay. Special thanks to Mr Mahmoud of Reservations. Had a great stay and will be back for sure!

we zijn er nu voor de 5e x geweest, hoewel enigszins gedateerd, prima resort, we voelen ons er thuis zoals ook door het personeel word gezegd "Welcome Home"

Uitstekende service
We waren hier begin februari en hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad. De kamer mag een opknapbeurt hebben maar wordt keurig schoon gehouden. Het personeel doet er alles aan om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Het eten was uitstekend en de faciliteiten bij het hotel zijn ook ruim voldoende. Topper is het prachtige rif dat voor de deur van het hotel ligt. Ondanks de negatieve berichtgeving in de afgelopen maanden over Egypte, hebben wij ons op geen enkel moment bedreigd of niet welkom gevoeld. Gewoon gaan dus is ons advies.

Food was okay. Have to pay extra for real juice, which is disappointing- especially because they don’t warn you about that but surprise you with the bill later. Only other juice available is gross fake sugar-water juice. Not much in the way of healthy options, either beverage or food-wise.

Hassled by the animation team a lot. At least 3 times an evening. Near impossible to get sunbeds. Food good, rooms clean. Everything charged in euros and constantly trying to push other drinks not in package on you. Italian restaurant poor. Others good.

schöne Anlage, einige Mängel
es war gut jedoch wurden wir für den Transfer vom Flughafen abgezockt. 40€ resp 80 retour für 3 Personen! das für 6 km Distanz zum Flughafen. Auch die Kontrolle, dass keine Liegestühle reserviert werden funktioniert nicht. Nach 9 Uhr waren bereits alle vorderen Stühle mit Tüchern besetzt und niemand weit und breit zu sehen, obwohl es heisst nach 1Stunde werden die Tücher entfernt. Es gäbe auch einiges zu renovieren ansonsten war alles tip top

Das Resort befindet sich ca 10km vom Flughafen Marsa Alam entfernt. Es gibt eine Tauchbasis innerhalb. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants, die man kostenlos nutzen kann. Frisch gepresste Säfte kosten zum Teil 2 Euro. Bier und viele Getränke sind frei.

La struttura aveva una posizione ottima a pochi minuti a piedi da Marsa Mubark dove si può vedere il dugongo e meravigliose tartarughe... personale disponibile e tanto gentile posto dove ritorneremo nel complesso una struttura ottima unico neo la cucina poca varietà ed ovviamente tanto tanto speziata, però per chi sarebbe disposto a mangiare pasta pranzo e cena allora anche la cucina è buona😅 buona perché ben preparata sul momento...

La barrira corallina e' bella per lo snorkeling. L'hotel e' molto pulito e gli addetti ad ogni servizio sono molto disponibili e gentili. Ristorante e' con ottima cucina internazionale. Bellissima la canera però un po troppo rumorosa l'aria condizioonata, ottimo!

Hotel genial, c est la 5 eme fois dans cet etablissement, nous avons eu le droit a un arbre a notre nom, ideal pour plongeur snorkelling debutant a l aise ou confirme, un ponton de 300m avec un acces ou l on a pied , un deuxieme sur un lagon et un troisième sur la barriere de corail, des tortues , un dugong, des poissons de toutes les couleurs et meme visisbles sans rentrer dans l eau du ponton, un seul bemol utilisation de gobelet plastique, et de gants plastiques au restaurant,tres bon restaurant chez pascal mais le racoleur est un personnage malhonnete qui raconterait n importe quoi pour ve dre ses repas...nois y retournerons les yeux fermes, merci a toute l equipe au manager a la reception tous sont a votre service le plus gentillement possible...

Magnifique séjour ! Je recommande à 200%. Tres belle accueil, employé tres serviable, agreable souriant. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Chambre magnifique, Hygiene au top, repas très varié et au top. Plage, snorkeling, piscine. Tout est luxueux. Espace fait pour les lunes de miel ;)

I would avoid!
Just an average hotel, definitely not 5*, not even 4* in European standards. It's short in terms of rooms, food, service with poor to extremely unprofessional in handling one simple complaint and just a non stop flow of lies by their complacent managers and everyone either lies or tries to cover for someone else that it makes you feel disgusted so unless you are willing to not complaint about anything or anyone even if you have an issue then I would definitely stay avoid at any cost ! So if you want to still visit it then it's at your own risk cos your vacation can turn into a nightmare
