Overall, it’s inviting; the aesthetics and ambiance. The service is ‘selective’. I did have a problem with the water. I wanted to make tea and just use the tap instead of spending $5 for a bottle and to my dismay, it was very dirty- the of water-based tar residue. I had brushed my teeth before then but you couldn’t tell the because of the flow. Ugh. I took pics and went to guest service desk. She was a little insulting in that she told me it was probably from the coffee residue- like duh, I wouldn’t have assumed that IF I had even poured the water in the pot- and she saw no tea bag … and the coffee used KPod which would mean the pot had not been scaled in some time. Not once did the representative even offer me a bittyof water so I could make tea. Guess I didn’t need any.
