Geweldige locatie voor strandliefhebbers, bruiloftsgasten, marineofficieren, vissers, vogelaars, fijnproevers en avonturiers. Dicht bij Cliff Walk, Sachuest Point, NWC, Atlantic Resort, lokale pubs, restaurants, koffiebar, handige winkel, slijterij en aaswinkel
           Drie stranden en het centrum van Newport zijn binnen twee mijl. Eastons {1st} strand ligt op vijf minuten lopen.
Het huisje is licht en schoon met nieuwe badkamer, tapijt, vloeren, verf en verlichting. Uitgeschakeld straat parkeren met eigen ingang. Volledig ingerichte kombuis keuken met Keurig koffie + thee. Brad’s place was good! The oven was a bit funky and ended up burning our frozen pizza and the ceilings are a bit low in certain areas, but overall the place was clean and well stocked. Very close to the beach and very easy to get to downtown Newport, even on a busy Fourth of July weekend. Overall we had a great stay!

The property was very clean and well maintained! Brad was very informative on the check in process and their was plenty of resources left out for us like linens, towels, etc. Very cute space and super close to many great restaurants and beaches. Close in terms of driving to close locations as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend those looking for a cute beach stay to look here!

This was one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. The location itself was wonderful. Close to Easton Beach, a few different food joints, and a gas station. We didn’t have a car, but it was an easy Lyft/Uber to Downtown Newport. The property was great and had everything you needed for a stay. It was very well stocked and the host welcomed us with a bottle of wine and some chocolates which really set a tone for our stay. In addition, the host was very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again and the property was part of the reason why our vacation was so wonderful!

Great stay!

We had a great time! The place was perfect for our small family and the location was fantastic. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived, they even provided a baby gate for the steep stairs which we appreciated with a two year old. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great Spot - Close to Everything!

Great place to stay! Brad was very quick to answer our messages. Location is walkable to the beach, and is a quick drive into the downtime/waterfront area. Only thing to note - you can hear cars and traffic from about 10pm on and then starting around 6am. Besides that - this is a great spot!

Love this apartment

This was my second time staying here (the first was six years ago.) This rental is perfect for a couple staying in the Newport area. Location to beaches and Newport can't be beat, and everything you need for your stay is there. Full kitchen, nice living room, bedroom, and even a small office space. There are a few restaurants less than a 10 minute walk from the property. Also, I used the most comfortable bath towel I think I've ever felt. 10/10, would stay again.

Very convenient to wedding venue & close to where family stayed. After hitting my head on low ceiling & noise from the 2 busy main streets it is on, I slept in living room on futon. Next best thing to Newport, but less expensive

This was the perfect solution to be so close to Newport and the beach community of Middletown and everything we needed in Rhode Island. The apartment is walking distance to beach and restaurants, easy drives to Newport and the anywhere in the state, and very comfortable. We had lots of room, the bed was wonderful, the amenities all that we needed. The only caution I would give anyone with movement frailties is the entrance has steep stairs. And there are few windows. But for us, it was perfect and cozy and a great place to return to at the end of our busy days.

Exactly what we needed!

My husband and I stayed here for a last minute trip. It was perfect. Cozy and a short drive to Thames street. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. We didn’t go to the beach as it was rainy but it was a short walk away.

We loved our stay here! It's super cute and cozy for 2, and the host was so kind and responsive. Super clean and so close to all of the fun stuff to do in Newport! We even took a quick walk down to the beach. Will be back!

Great location, cozy, comfy and cute!

We enjoyed our weekend stay, the apartment was just as listed with some nice added touches of fresh flowers, and treats left by the Owner. Perfect location, we loved the convenience in getting to the wedding venue and enjoying a run along the ocean and Cliff-walk the next day. Check-in and out was simple and Owner was available if needed. Everything was great so we didn't have any reason to but nice to know they were there!

Magic in Middletown

Great apartment in perfect location! I was in town for boat show. This place is located within a short drive or long walk (1/2 hr) to downtown Newport. Best value in such close proximity to everything.
